The Promise

Introduction

Corey grew up in small town fifty miles south of the big city. Living in the country was what made Corey the most happiest, besides her best guy friend Stein. They both had grown up side by side since diapers, knew every little secret each other had. Stein was what you would call a jock in high school, all while Corey would rather hide in the barn than the cheer gym. No one bothered Corey and she did not really care. She liked being alone most of the time except when Stein came around, it was like he brought the party with him. He loved being around everyone, even people he barely knew. Although they both had extremely different personalities, they fit together like a puzzle.
