3rd Person POV

Sam followed after Bruce like a lost puppy until he suddenly stopped in front of an elevator door. They had been moving through the halls and it just seemed to be a maze.

She ran into his back and grunted in surprise. "S-sorry!" She backed up.

He chuckled softly. "You're fine."

Steve walked up to them both with Eli behind him.

"Sam!" Eli ran up to Sam, hugging her slightly, though it was difficult with the cuffs on. "Are you alright? You didn't do anything stupid right?" She asked, checking Sam's face and body for any injuries. Sam had a head injury from being slammed in the ground, along with a small cut on her cheek from Bucky, but other than that she was perfectly fine.

"I'm fine, and no! No, I did not do anything stupid!" Sam sounded offended. Eli raised her eyebrow.

"Riigghhtt...." Eli rolled her eyes.

Bruce and Steve shared a look while Sam's cheeks went slightly red.

"Well, you're not much better yourself, are you alright too?" Sam tried to change the subject.

Eli had some minor bruises from the fight, along with the spot on her neck where she was injected with the serum. "I'm fine, trust me, we've been through worse scenarios," Eli assured.

Bruce cleared his throat, "Sorry but we need you to follow us please." He pressed a button on the right of the elevator and the doors opened up

Sam nodded her head "Right..." She followed Bruce into the elevator with Steve and Eli behind them. Eli chuckled behind Sam, noticing how flustered she was near Bruce.

They silently went up until the doors opened and they entered a large lab filled with computers and countertops messily covered in test tubes and blueprints for new inventions and new formulas.

Tony was hunched over one of the desks reading what was on one of the computers.

Bruce nudged Tony to get his attention, he jumped up and closed the open tab on his computer.

"Ah, the psychic twins are here. Jesus, it took you guys a while, what did you stop for pizza?" Tony looked between the four of them.

Steve glared at Tony while Bruce chuckled quietly.

Sam and Eli shared a look and smirked at each other. "I would actually love some pizza right about now," Eli whispered to Sam, feeling her stomach growling.

Tony looked over at her, overhearing what Eli said "FRIDAY order a few pizzas when we're almost done. Once we're done here then we can all eat. Both of you sit on those tables, we need to run a few tests first.'

"Right away sir." A female voice echoed all around them.

Eli looked like she was internally geeking out over the artificial intelligence and the thought of pizza, she hopped on the table quickly.

Sam was purely confused by who FRIDAY was and where the female voice came from. Nevertheless, she got onto the table beside Eli when she started blinking and rubbing her eye. "Ah shit." Her eyes were tearing up and they looked slightly red.

Bruce was the first one to go over to her, "what happened? Here, let me see."

"No its fine, it's my contacts, I frickin hate these damn things." She waved him away and carefully pulled her contacts out of her eyes.

Eli watched Sam and snorted, "told you to wear your glasseesss~" She sang.

She glared slightly at Eli. "Well I couldn't wear my glasses with my mask, and I needed to see! Besides your not much better yourself." She scoffed. Tony went to grab a quick snack before they began the tests.

Bruce looked slightly amused at the two of them, "Let me see your eyes, I need to make sure that contacts didn't harm your cornea or dry them out."

Sam's eyes widened. "Wait it can do that??"

"Yes now be quiet for a second." He examined her eyes for any damage closely.

Sam's eyes widened even more and she glanced over at Eli in a panic, Sam didn't like people getting close to her but she didn't want to be rude to her idol.

 Eli smirked and snickered quietly.

"Just some redness from irritation, you should be fine. Can you see ok without your glasses for now?" Bruce asked.

"U-um yeah... I-im just nearsighted s-sssooooo...." She tried to rub the back of her neck but was quickly reminded of the handcuffs on her wrists.

Eli was still irritated by the handcuffs on her, but she understood why they had to, with them being criminals and all. To her, watching Sam around Bruce is entertaining enough to stay in her seat, and so that's what she did, at least until Eli glanced at Tony who was grabbing a bag of skittles out of his desk.

"So, do you have bad eyesight too or was that not genetic?" Tony asked Eli as he strolled over to her, occasionally popping a skittle into his mouth.

She shook her head. "No only Sammy has bad eyesight... But I did lose a good amount of my hearing a while back. I'm really good at reading lips." She moved her head to the side and pulled down her ear so Tony was able to see the scar going down it.

He leaned closer so he could see the cut before he backed up again and continued to eat his skittles.

"So, we have hear no evil and see no evil. Is there a mute somewhere who can speak no evil? Wait is that why you didn't really talk when we fought in the bank?" He asked curiously.

"No I could hear you, I have these tiny hearing aids too. I just was a bit busy with Natasha trying to know me out and you shooting at me. I didn't exactly have time to chat." She pulled a small ball out of her ear and showed it to him before putting it back in.

"HYDRA tech I'm assuming?"

"No not all of it, they made the suits and the weapons but I made these hearing aids, and I added tech to Sam's glasses, wherever the hell they are. And I even modified the suits to make them better. I'm the smart, techy twin." Eli smirked

"Hey! I'm smart too! ... Just not with technology...." Sam muttered when she heard Eli's sly insult.

Tony looked between them and laughed slightly. "Ok, kids we gotta get started. Ste-" he whirled around to say something to Steve, "Oh he left.... Well then, Sam where are your glasses? You two are probably gonna be here a while. Might as well have someone get them while we work."

"It's in a pocket in my suit."

"Sweeeet, it's already in our building then. FRIDAY tell Stevieboi to go get the psychic chick's glasses." Tony said to no one

"Right away sir." The voice replied

"I do in fact have a name, tinman." Sam crossed her arms. "I'm Sam... Or Eris."

Tony shoved a handful of skittles into his mouth, not really giving a shit about her name, he never did to anyone anyways.

"Did you two name yourselves?" Bruce asked curiously.

"Well, when we got out of HYDRA we had to make names. We couldn't just be known as number twelve and thirteen..." Eli muttered.

"And so how did you come up with the names then?" Tony asked, his voice was slightly muffled because of the skittles in his mouth.

"Well, i named myself Sam after this really nice guy who helped us after we escaped...." Sam mumbled.

"And I named myself Elizabeth because of some famous chick on the internet, plus I liked how it sounded." She ironically answered.

"Great, great, I am loving this info trip but we keep getting distracted. Doctor green bean you handle her I got sweetcakes over here." Tony stood by Eli and he picked up a clipboard to fill out her information.

"Right..." Bruce grabbed his own clipboard and prepared to do some tests and ask some questions about Sam. Fury wanted a full review of their powers, capabilities, and past.

FRIDAY was already doing a search through HYDRAS old database, they were bound to be in there somewhere.
