ARIELA'S POV

Lying down on the sofa, my hearts floods with disappointment. I got used to him holding me everyday and right now, I missed them so much. The hugs, the kisses, the warmth of his body and his full attention to me.

I can't control myself from throwing up each time I smell the bad aroma of brewed coffee. I always end up barfing in the kitchen sink. Each time I imagine images of sour green mangoes, I busied myself, heading out to the market. My head feels heavy too as well as my eyelids. I just hate it when my body joins the pain at the same time with my head.

Not long ago, I wanted to buy as many spicy cup noodles as I want but the saleslady said everything is already sold out.

My eyes started tearing up. Each time I walk down the streets with lots of food stands, I can't stop myself from buying spicy hotdogs each time I get a hint of their aroma. My belly wrestles with uncalled excitement.

It's been like this everyday. Now I'm wondering...

Is Rafael alright? How are Diane and Nena doing?

I'm getting bored of just sitting on the couch in front of the flat screen television so I ended up watching the news.

Advertisements popped on the screen, making me cringe. My plate is full of sliced green mangoes with a lot of seasonings to make them special. I settled myself on the couch and continued munching.

After those advertisements, some disappointing news came out, making me frown and paused to listen carefully.

Xerxes is there on a cream colored sofa on his business attire, sitting like a king that he is. His perfectly gelled hair and shaven mustach shows how much he changed months ago.

"Good morning Mr. Kings..." the female reporter, wearing her reporting attire asked decently while adjusting her microphone.

"Good morning." Xerxes gently replied with a tiny smile, showing his interest with the public interview. On the way he say things, it's obvious that he is a very important man.

"It is all over the news, the incident of your late wife and daughter. They are your greatest treasures in life, aren't they? We're glad to see you finally moving on from that painful incident." The reporter decently stated.

"Yeah." He shortly replied, putting on his weighty face.

"Speaking of your lovelife Mr. Kings, are the rumors true that you are exclusively dating someone?" The reported asked, placing a finger on her jaw while thinking deeply.

"Yes I do." he shortly answered while leaning his temple on his finger, leaning on the table next to him.

My heartbeat is so fast that I don't want to determine what I really feel right now.
