You grin so sweetly
No one realizes the lies in your head.
You laugh, but only you know it is hollow.
You smirk to hide the hurt.
You chuckle just to be polite.
You smile in a broad way.
But I can see you masking your decay.
Does anyone ever really see the pain you are in?
