On wings of silver, my Lady of Moonlight did come.
Upon the shifting sea of winds across the starlit shore.
She smiled amidst my growing sorrow and dismay.
And then she spoke with a voice like a willow that sways.
'Do not weep when I am gone.
Remember my life within your songs.
Look upon the night with hope in your eyes.
And this lullaby forevermore you'll keep.'
Then my Lady of Moonlight vanished that night.
No more will I see her upon the starlit shore.
But in my breast, I will keep her song.
And sing you this lullaby forevermore.
