I went home after the brutal transition in the hospital. I didn't want to deal with the hospital staff anymore, as all they did was tell me to sit in my room and not argue with them. I went outside in the yard and sat down, dipping my ankles into the pool. I was wearing shorts so it was fine. It was his home now since he didn't have any relatives.

Suddenly, I heard something go into my mailbox and my dog went to fetch the mail, placing it on my lap. "Good boy." I chuckled and pet his head, earning a small chirp. There was an envelope with my name signed on it. I opened it to see the money my parents left me, and I smiled a bit. My family wasn't exactly the richest family but they weren't the poorest either. I was happy with what I had, but I was sad that I lost them.

I placed the money into a safe I kept, where the money my parents made were inside. Then, I heard a knock on the door and I went to answer it. There was a boy about my age that stood with two others. I looked at them and tilted my head a bit.

"Salv.. It's me. Blade." He said softly. "And those two are Hunter and Joey."
