Chapter 5

"Please. Don't be afraid, Salvatore. I can help you." Raptor spoke softly as he held his hand out towards me. I looked at him and gently took his hand before being whisked off.

"Salvatore.. You've been bitten by a wolf, but it was not just a regular wolf." He explained to me.

"What do you mean by that, exactly..?" He asked softly before they stopped for a break. Raptor then turned into his human form and he looked at me dead in the eyes.

"Do you see something..strange about this wolf?" He asked softly as he earned a nod from the small Italian boy. "Tell me then, Salv. What do you see?"

"I see red streaks along his fur... As well as horns on the side of his head..." He said softly before he looked up at Raptor.

"That wolf that bit you... He was a demon wolf. Which means that he was not only marked by a wolf, but also the Devil. So, since you are his last victim, you would have to deal with the transition. It will be extremely painful. So I advise you to be extremely careful.. Because, this form cannot be reversed for twelve continuous hours. I pray for you, Salvatore. I hope the best for you." He spoke before sending me away and he flew off.

Salvatore was still laying unconsciously in the hospital, with a tube taped to his mouth. Suddenly, the wounds on his neck started to close. His eyes opened softly but they were a bright red. He then fell over, as he was going through the transition. He let out a few horrifying screams as the sound of bones shattering could be echoed throughout the hospital. "HELP ME!!!!!!!" He screamed before he coughed up blood, and blacked out, his machines beeping as he was flatlining.
