A large pounding in Sang's head woke her up very quickly.
"Oh god."
"Mirabella! Wake. UP! NOW!" A voice forced itself in her ears.
Sang's body was being shaken like maracas by a young girl named Teresa. When Sang realized that she was being called "Mirabella" she woke up very quickly.
"Excuse me!" Sang shoved Teresa to the side to look at herself in the mirror. "Oh my gosh! It wasn't a dream! Oh god!"
When Sang looked at herself, she didn't see blonde hair, green eyes, and a skinny, boney frame. She saw blue eyes, brown hair with blue highlights, and a healthy body. She pinched herself plenty of times. She looked exactly like the heroine in Five Second Rule.
Eventually, she did turn around. And when she did, she saw Teresa gaping at her, hate burning fiercely in her dark eyes.
"You can talk! You deceived all of us! ALL OF US! I cannot wait to tell mom," she smirked.
Mirabella Fawn is eighteen and was known to be mute since a car crash two years ago. But that wasn't the case. Two years ago, Teresa had humiliated her so bad in front of her crush-Lucian Taylor. She cried and because of her tears she actually tripped in the middle of the road and a car was passing by and from a certain angle, it looked like she was ran over. People have said it was because she was in shock, but actually she doesn't want to talk with Lucian or Teresa since she is so embarrassed and uses it as an excuse. Teresa doesn't care at all though since she is always harassing Mirabella and they live in the same house.
Mirabella is hated by her mother and sister since her birth. But luckily, her dad makes up for the lost parenting her mother failed to give her. Teresa is a beauty, but a brat. In fact, right now she is trying to seduce Lucian to try to make Mirabella commit suicide and because she is infatuated with him.
Even though Sang fell in love with X.L. Rock's writing, she also shed a lot of tears. Some stories end tragically, leaving Sang heartbroken and with a 'book-hangover.'
Teresa runs outside before Sang can stop her.
"Fuck! I just started and I'm already ruining the storyline!"
Even though Sang crossing into this story, she still had her sharp nose and ears, which is how she heard footsteps coming her way.

After being shoved a couple times into the wall, Sang's forehead was stained with blood and felt like it was pulsing madly. Sat down with care because she was feeling dizzy.
"I hope you understand trying to play a prank on your dearest sister wasn't the brightest idea. I mean, c'mon Mirabella, be smarter."
The mother harshly said those words while knocking on her temples, making Sang's headache feel worse. Unfortunately, her new body was weaker than her old one since the real Mirabella stayed inside.
After they left, Sang spit out blood and fainted.

Kelly was bobbing her head up and down with a long stick poking holes on the ground. She entered the Fawn household like her own house and kicked a couple of staff working in the house.
She shoved open the door banging it on the wall. When she saw Mirabella on the ground, she smirked. She kicked her hard enough to wake her up.
Sang groaned feeling her respiration disturbed. She subconsciously curls up into a ball but stops herself. She opens her eyes and finds herself being hugged.
"Mirabella! What happened to you! Are you okay? Sit on your bed, yeah?"
Sang watches her and realizes that this is Kelly because her white hair and green eyes looked the same as it was described as in the book.
Sang narrows her eyes at her. Sang has hated her since the beginning of the book. Kelly notices the change she goes through and quickly looks guilty.
"You've already heard, huh?" She murmured. Kelly notices that Mirabella hasn't taken the bait nor has had any reaction so she summons tears to appear in her eyes, and begins to bawl. "I didn't mean to! I'm so sorry! I-I wasn't thinking. I should have said no to Luke and his friendly invite to the party!"
