Everything Happens For A Reason

The Deal

*Michael's POV*

"Um.. Hello?" I asked into the phone.

I was getting these weird and strange phone calls and texts lately. They started the day Paris was kidnapped and they were from an unknown number.

The line went dead.

I always had this eerie feeling that someone or something was watching me. Whenever I was out walking, no matter where I was going, there would always be a strange feeling in the pit of my stomach like someone or something was watching me. I really wanted to find out who or it is. I was walking to the same place in the woods where Paris was kidnapped. I was going there a lot recently. Damn, I missed her so fricking much these days. It's been a week and so far, no evidence of her coming back yet. I was so angry, I wanted to scream at the top of my lungs. So I did. Anyway, no one could hear me.

"What you screaming for, kiddie?" Said a raspy voice.

I immediately stopped and looked around. No one was there.

"Whoever you are, don't be a coward and show yourself," I shouted, waving my arms around, "you think I'm afraid, huh? Do you?" I kept shouting, although I was most definitely afraid and you could say terrified.

Someone stepped out from the shadows. It was the same guy that took Paris. I have him one look.

"You." I muttered to myself realizing who he was. I threw myself at him and he definitely wasn't expecting it.

"YOU SON OF A bleep, I HATE YOU SO bleepING MUCH!" I screamed. I threw him to the ground and punched him hard in the face. I kept punching and punching till his nose bled. I picked him up then threw him at the nearest tree.

"WHY DID YOU TAKE HER?" I screamed, walking over to him.

"J-j-just l-let me e-explain."

I instantly felt bad because I hurt him but I pushed that to the back of my mind and thought that he took Paris.

"You have five minutes then I'll kill you."

"It's about Paris."

He slowly stood up but put his hand against the tree to balance him.

"I'll give her back if you do one thing for me."

My heart skipped a beat when I realized that I could get Paris back.

"What is it?"

He looked up at me with an evil grin on his face, "you have to get me Anna and Hayes for a project or I kill her."
