This story takes place in a made up county. The country is split up into 3 places. Garden Town is the center most place in this country. It is where all the royal people live. Gate Town is right out side of Garden Town. Gate Town is were the rich/normal people live. The Junk Yard is the outer most area of this county. This is were all the poor/criminals live.
