Ty POV
My eyes started to fill up with water as I ran.
"Stop crying, stop crying, stop crying!" I said to myself. "Boys dont cry!"
The sun was setting in the orange sky. The rundown buildings looked like a blure as I ran.
'Did I actually think I had a chance with her? I'm so stupid!'
When I finally got to my house I wiped the tears on my face and opened the door. My mom was cooking in the kitchen when I came in. She turned around and greeted me like she did everyday but I just ran upstairs to my room.
"Ty!" Mom stood at the end of the stairway calling my name.
"I have alot of homework!" That was a lie.
"Ok sweetie."
I put my stuff down on the ground and layed on the bed face down.
A single tear fell down my face. I instantly wipped it off and told myself no crying.
'Stop crying over this. It's dumb and theres an easy solution: all I need to do is show how cool I am to Nadeen so she will fall for me.' I encouraged myself.
Starting tommorow I was going to be extra nice to Nadeen. I was going to win her over. Even if it kills me.
