Chapter 4: Special Chapter

  Brent's POV.

"Oopps! Bye Brent see you around" Blaise waved her hand before going to the dining.

I am Brent Levi Olivers. 3 years older than Sid. Dalawa lang kaming magkapatid pero parehas na kaming successful businessman Because our Dad's a Businessman too. It runs on the blood you know. I love Blaise pero alam kong mahal sya ng kapatid ko kaya pinaubaya ko. Kanina nakita ko si Blaise na nakasilip sa bintana ng study room ni Dad. Alam kong may hindi sya dapat malaman kaya I approached her to make her distracted.

"Hahahaha--" Blaise kiss Sid to stop him from laughing kaya di ko na napigilan umakyat sa rooftop.

"Arrrggghh" *Blag* Sinipa ko yung pinto kaya nasira but I dont effin care at all. Dito ako magaling sa pagtatago. Pati nararamdaman ko natatago ko din dahil kailangan. Naupo ako sa bench at napatingin sa kalangitan.

"Brent? Bili mo na kong Ice creaaam!" I pinched Blaise's nose. Ayan nanaman sya sa tantrums.

"Blaise naman. Tatapusin ko lang itong ginagawa ko at ipapasa ko na ito bukas para makagraduate ako" i said not looking at her.

"Breeeeeent. I hate you! Nagpromise ka sakin diba?" My conscience hits me.

"Okay fine" i give up.

"Yeeeeeey! Let's gooo" Lumapit sya sakin at sinabit ang kamay nya sa braso ko.
We reached the Ice cream Parlor 10 minutes after we leave the library of our school. We're attending the same school at graduating na ko while Blaise is on her first year college.

"2 orders of Chocofilled Lava Icecream please" I was talking to the counter girl.

"A minute sir" napansin kong malagkit ang tingin sakin ng counter girl kaya umiwas ako ng tingin. I'm not into that thing. Ayoko ng ganto dahil naiilang ako. 

"Babe san mo gusto umupo? Doon o doon?" Blaise hug me while looking on the counter girl. She pointed seats. My heart beats fast as she hug me even though she's just teasing the counter girl.

"Ahhm sir here's your order" umirap yung babae kay Blaise pero nang tingnan nya ako, she smiled. Kinuha ko na ang order namin at umupo sa malapit sa glass window.

"Nakakainis yung babae na yun ah! Nang iirap pa." She started eating her Ice cream.

"Pinatulan mo pa kasi. Akala tuloy nya Girlfriend kita" sinimulan ko na ding kainin ang ice cream ko.

"Bakit? You like her?" Tinitigan ko sya.

"No." 

*RIIIIING* 

My phone on the table started ringing as the picture of the contact who called popped up.

"Who's that?" Kinuha nya ang cellphone ko at tinitigan ang picture na nakaflash sa screen.

"Sid?" She reads the contact name.

"Younger brother ko yan Blaise" inagaw ko sa kanya ang phone para sagutin pero nagmissed call na.

"May kapatid ka?" She asked.

"Nagmissed call na tuloy" hindi ko sya sinagot.

"I think I have a crush again" she plastered a wide smile on her face.

*RIIIIING* 

Nagring ulit so I answered it as fast as I could. Mahirap na baka maunahan nanaman.

"Loudspeak mo Brent" Blaise pleaded. I touched the loudspeaker then put the phone at the center of the table.

"Hello Brent?" Bati ni Sid.

"Hi Siiiid. Nice meeting you! My name is Blaise Alcantara but you can call me mine." Kumaway pa sya na kala mo makikikita ng kapatid ko.

"I don't care whoever you are. Give this damn phone to my brother now!" As usual sa kapatid ko.

"What do you need Sid?" This time ako na ang nagsalita.

"Sunduin mo ko bukas ng 3pm sharp sa airport. Ayokong mag intay bye." He hanged up.

"Bakit ang sungit nya?" Blaised stood up kaya napatingin ako sa kanya.

"Washroom lang ako Brent." She started walking towards the washroom so I finished my Ice cream.

"Are you done? Let's go? Para matapos mo na yung paper works mo" Nasa harap ko na pala sya kaya tumango nalang ako.

"Kyaaaaaaaaaaah" napalingon ako sa pinanggalingan ng sigaw bago pa man kami makalabas ni Blaise sa Ice cream parlor.

"Blaise tara na--" 

"Blaise?" Nasan na ang babaeng yon? I look around hoping makita ko sya.

"TABI KAYONG LAHAT. WALANG GAGALAW NG KAHIT ANO" napalingon ako sa sumigaw and surprisingly, si Blaise iyon.

"Blaise. What are you doing?" I asked her.

"Imbestigating?" She said.

"Imbesti--What?" I'm so confused on what she was doing right now dahil gawain ito ng awtoridad.

"Hmm. Smells chlorine." Inamoy nya ang bottled water na nakapatong sa table ng biktima.

"You are not allowed here Blaise. let's go" parang hindi nya ako naririnig. I look at the victim's body, she was holding her neck na parang nahirapan sa paghinga bago malagutan. Blaise check the Wallet of the victim and found an I.D.

"Her name is Isley Roberts. Time of death 4:38pm" I stared at her. She looks like a detective. A legit detective. She then check also the notebook over the table and flip it one by one.

"This is a suicide case. She looked at the guy server on his left.

"You are Mark. Did you already call the police?" she pointed the guy server's nameplate at tumango ito.

"Mom!" I looked at the beautiful woman that Blaise's called mom. She is wearing a Pencil cut skirt and a white blouse with an I.D written DETECTIVE on it partnered with a black high heeled shoe.

"What Happened Blaise?" Blaise's Mom asked

"I checked all of her things and found out that her name is Isley Roberts. A second year college student taking Tourism. This is a sucide Mom. I found a suicide note from her notebook." She gave the notebook to her mom.

"The note said that Her boyfriend Mark cheated on her so she planned to take her own life here at the shop beacause her boyfriend is a server here."

I look at the server named Mark and peeked on the notebook that the Detective is looking.

"The victim used a chlorine to kill herself by putting it on the mineral water placed on her table." Blaise wink at me as she return her gaze to her mother.

"Wow" Napabulong nalang ako.

"Thankyou Blaise. You may now go at kami na ang bahalang mag imbestigate sa other details. Be careful okay?" She kiss her mom on the cheeks before going to my path.

"Let's go Brent?" She snapped me back.

"How did you do that? You didn't say that your mother is a Detective" Masyado akong nagulantang sa nalaman ko

"Di ka naman nagtanong e." She started walking.

"Pano mo nasolve ng ganon kabilis ang kaso?" Nakarating na kami sa tapat ng kotse ko but she stop and turned around to face me.

"Mom taught me the 5 W's and 1 H. I want to be like her someday. Wala pa nga ang kasong yon sa mga sinosolve nya e. Kahit sino masosolve ang kaso na iyon kung pag aaralan" she said.

"Whats that 5 W's and 1 H?" I asked confusingly.

"When solving crimes you have to think and answer WHAT? WHO? WHEN? WHY? WHERE? and HOW? And that's the key for solving a crime" She said before entering my car.
