"What time do you have to be at the studio?" He asked.

I shrugged. "Around 1:30."

"Okay. We have time to eat something before, and then I'll drive you back."

"Thanks."

We drove up to a restaurant, got out of the car, and walked inside. Upon sitting down and ordering our food and drinks, he turned to me.

"I need to talk to you about something."

I tilted my head, adjusting to the seriousness of his voice. "What is it?"

"There's this show,"

My heart rate quickened. "Yeah?"

"It's at the Richard Rogers Theater,"

"Yeah?"

"They're doing auditions,"

My eyes widened slightly. "Yeah?"

"I'm gonna audition, and I was wondering—"

"Yeah?"

"Please, let me finish." He rolled his eyes.

I sat quietly, biting my lip.

"Okay, so, I'm going to audition, and I was wondering, if you'd like to do it with me?"

"I'd certainly love to look into it. What's it called?"

A small smile formed at the corners of his mouth. "Hamilton."
