"Soria, you have to be independent. You're already a college girl na walang direction sa buhay! I don't even know what year are you now dahil palagi kang absent kung hindi absent nasa bar. Grow up!" Bungad ni Daddy sa akin.
I just woke up at ito ang bumungad sa akin, isang padalos-dalos na desisyon nina Dad.
"But dad, my friends are here even kuya Mike and ate Camilla. How can I live there? Even you and Mama, wala kayo dito dahil palagi kayong abala sa resto at hotels sa ibang bansa and Benedict... baka pagdating niya dito wala ako." I got teary eyed while I was sitting on my bed.
"Sor, this is for your own good. We can still visit you in manila and maybe you can now find your soulmate there, a girl or a boy." He jokingly said while he tickles me on my tummy. "Stop waiting for Ben sweetheart but if ever na uuwi siya I will tell him to visit you in manila." Dad patted my head at napangiti naman ako sa kanya pero hindi mawala sa isip ko na aalis na ako.
"Dad naman eh! I promised Benedict na hihintayin ko siya." Pagmamaktol ko habang niyakap ko ang aking unan.
"He will understand sweetheart kaya mag empake ka na dahil mamaya na ang flight mo." Tumango nalang ako habang papalis si Dad sa kwarto dahil wala naman akong magagawa sa desisyon nila Dad at Mama.
