The next day, I went inside Chloe's car ng wala sa sarili. I don't have any words to express what was I felt last night til' right now.

"Are you sure you can do it?" Chloe asked when I sat on the shotgun seat.

"I can risk everything for her even my happiness which is to be always with her. Ayokong masaktan siya kasi mas lalo akong masasaktan kung mangyari man yun." Bigla nalang tumulo ulit ang mga luha ko mula sa aking mga mata. "I love her so much Chloe," I added.

I immediately head home last night after I ended the call. I begged my Dada not to hurt or do anything that can harm Soria and I will do anything he wanted me to do. I also asked for the last time to talk with Soria before I will go to New York and he agreed because Mommy convinced him.

"Tahan na, you cried the whole night last night. Maawa ka sa mga mata mo." Chloe caressed my back.

"She is my happiness, Chloe. Bakit ang unfair ng mundo? The world will let you feel the happiness but suddenly, it will let you feel the sadness when you are too happy." Maiyak iyak kong sabi.

"But there is always a sunshine after the rain. C'mon Nics, cheer up! Maybe tinagpo kayo pero hindi pa tinadhana ngayon. Wag' kang mawalan ng pag-asa na there is a time na wala ng hahadlang sa inyo at magiging happy ending kayo. I admit, ayokong makita kayo maghihiwalay. I really wanted to help but it was your choice to let her go."

"Because that is the only way to keep her safe. I felt the sadness and pain na pinagdaanan ni Maybelle noon. She really loves Soria right? Kasi nilayo niya ang kanyang sarili para lang sa kaligtasan ni Sor." I wiped my tears as Chloe patted my shoulder.

"You also did what she did Nics, I salute you two." She gave me a half-smile as I look at her.

"Promise me you won't tell her about this."

My friends and Maybelle were witnessed how I begged my Dada last night and I told them not to tell anything to Soria, they agreed. Chloe wanted to come with me so that she can comfort Soria after I will do something horrible to her while France and Kesiya will prepare my things. Maybelle will also be with us.

"I already promised you about that but would you take a rest first? Magdududa siya kung ganyan ang mukha mo, kung papayag ba siya na iiwan mo siya dahil sa sobrang namumugto ang mga mata mo. She will get worried kesa ramdamin yung sakit na ipaparanas mo sa kanya." Chloe sadly said.

"I love her so much Chloe." Ulit kong sabi kay Chloe habang nakasandal sa upuan ng sasakyan.

"I know, I know. Just prepare yourself and rest. We still have 8 hours bago tayo makarating sa Boracay." I nodded to Chloe as she started driving.

We decided to have a boat trip to Bora so that we can bring the car. I still have 8 hours to prepare myself, my words, and my tears before facing Soria. Today was Moira's concert and she bought me a ticket. I am pretty sure she was expecting me to come even though we haven't talked since yesterday after she found out I cheated. Probably, she was expecting to have fun there and enjoy the concert with me but unfortunately, I can give her the opposite expectations. Soria is so understanding person, uunawain ka pa niya niya kahit nasasaktan na siya but this time, I chose not to let her know. I chose to let her go just to make her safe.

Napadilat ako sa aking mga mata ng makaramdam ako ng tapik sa balikat. It was already afternoon and the sun was about to set. The car was already parked near a resort.

"You slept for whole 8 hours. Nandito na tayo, hindi ka ba nagugutom?" Chloe asked as she unbuckled her seat belt.

"I don't feel like eating Chloe and I am very excited to see her." I gave her a weak smile and unbuckled my seat belt.
