Carol:You what?You can't have feelings for her shes with Jessie. You deserves to be happy I understand but she needs to be happy to. Finn:I understand that but I can't help the  I feel I think I love her
Carol: Finn my son if you love her go after her but talk to Quinn first she deserves to know
Finn: Good point Mom thanks for the advice
Carol:No problem son get your girl

Finn went to Quinn house and he noticed pucks car(I'm still shocked the mark salling passed away i don't know how I feel about it 🤷🏻‍♀️ R.I.P.) finn was confused why was Puck here. Finn knocked on the door. Finally Quinn opened the door with puck behind her. Unbelievable finn thought.
Quinn:Finn it's not what it looks like I swear.
Finn:Bullshit Quinn I can't believe you we're over.
Quinn:Finn please come back

Finn went to the hospital to see Rachel and Connor. He went in the room where Rachel was holding Connor he smiled she looked so happy.
Finn: Hey Rach
Rachel: hey Finn
Finn: where's Jessie
Rachel: We broke up and to be honest I've never been more happier
Finn:Can I tell you something
Rachel: you can tell me anything why is something the matter
Finn:No nothing like that it's just for awhile now I've really really liked you.
Rachel:Me too.
Finn and Rachel lean in for a kiss the first one since that night where they had there friend night. It felt right like it was meant to be nothing ever felt like this before the feeling was amazing. Neither of them could describe the feeling. Finally they pulled apart blushing like crazy and Connor started crying.
Finn: I got this one don't worry just pack the doctor said you both can come home tonight
Rachel shook her head and started packing while Finn calmed Connor down. Finally when Rachel was done packing they signed out and went back home. when they got home they talked on what they were they decided on boyfriend and girlfriend.

Five years later

Finn Rachel we're both really nervous they've been married for a year now and baby number 2 was one the way. It was a girl this time and they decided  on Amara for her name. Finally Amara was her and she looked just like Finn. Connor was with Santana waiting for baby number two and when he found out she was born he was the happiest little boy ever he got to be a big brother and he was happy about that. Three days after Amara was born they got to take her home. They layed Amara down in her new crib and the whole family admired Amara new New York City.
