Lane's POV:
I teleported into Sir Herobrine's room, like always. Madam Jace isn't ever allowed inside so it's a guarantee I won't be spotted by her. I don't know why but it was Sir Herobrine's request that I stayed out of sight from her.
I glanced at Sir Herobrine as he was putting on a hood and some glow-resistant contacts.
I looked at him, mistaking him for Steven for a second by how alike they looked. I then blinked a few times.
"Sir, it truly isn't wise to go out into the Overworld," I said as Sir Herobrine looked at me, with a hint of anger. "Sir, you seem upset." He then gave a small laugh and replied,
"Mad is the proper word. I thought we already discussed this." He snatched his phone and put it in his pocket.
"Yes, we did, Sir, but I don't think you understand how much of a risk this trip is. If Jace sees the Overworld she might decide to stay, or rebel against you because you want to bring her back to The End. If someone spots you they could mistake you for Steven and might ask who Jace is. If figured to be your daughter, Steven's I mean, then rumors will spread and Steven will most likely suspect you since you two are identical twins. If Jace doesn't find out about Julia but instead looks for her she might rebel to staying in the Overworld to that as well. Added to that if you tell her Julia died, she might not believe you." I glanced at Sir Herobrine as he was looking at me with his arms crossed, with a look of being impatience. He asked sarcastically,
"Are you done?" I caught the sarcasm but ignored it,
"Yes, sir." He rolled his eyes with, now visible, pupils.
"Those are a lot of mights, now get out."
I then teleported back into the hoard of endermen I was with as I looked through the window. I saw Jace looked curiously and confused at the map. A smile let up onto my face, a small, unnoticeable smile. She wouldn't rebel from Sir Herobrine and Sir Herobrine is good with secrecy. I thought about it as I saw Herobrine walk downstairs and Jace glancing at him.
Herobrine's POV:
He then teleported out of my room, finally. I sighed talking to myself,
"Lane, you have no idea when to stop." I looked at the time on my phone, 10:40, perfect. I shoved my phone into my pocket as I walked downstairs.
Jace's POV:
His last words being, "I have to make sure no one can recognize me as 'Herobrine'." Then walked upstairs. Those words lingered in my mind. Why does he have to hide his identity?
I didn't have anything to do but sit there and wait, patiently, but I sat there. Or maybe I was dancing around to a song stuck in my head. Yeah, I was definitely dancing.
I gave a small, non-hearable laugh as I thought of my mother once again. She loved to dance, it might have been why I'm not allowed to. It must bring too much pain or something for Father to see me dance, but I'll be able to see her again, we both will and it shouldn't be sad. Father always told me I looked a lot like Mother, so it might have been why. I sighed then sat back down with my mind lingering on both subjects, and then a third.
I picked up the map Father had and looked at it, as I caught in the side of my view, action from an endermen. I looked with curiosity why such a world, a world of mimicry would exist.
It didn't take long for Father to walk downstairs, with my attention at ease.
