Annabeth's POV

I loved getting demigods to camp. I loved it, even more, when that person ended up being my sister. This time was a different story. I didn't want Victoria to be my sister. No way in Hades. School had ended and we were taking Victoria home. She looked friendlier without all the makeup but I think that she would end up going back to wearing makeup and all of that.

"Seriously you ride a van to and from school," Victoria said.

"Yeah, we just haven't wowed everyone yet. Cause we got a whole lot more than this!" Leo screamed.

"You haven't seen the house or the cars yet," I said.

I couldn't wait to see her to see her face when we got to the house because she was rich but our house was like twice as big as her. This was going to be fun.

We started pulling up the long drive. I wonder if she saw the winter landscape or the spring landscape that people see when they can see through the mist. It was about time to find out.

"How is it spring here? There were not any leaves on the trees back up the road but now these trees are in full bloom," she asked.

I didn't to tell her yet till we knew that she was a demigod.

"Special landscaping," I said quickly before anyone had the chance to say anything.

"Oh. Was it expensive? I want some landscaping like this," she said.

I could tell the rich kid was hiding under the surface. As we neared the house we were all holding out breath to see what she would say. We reached the top of the drive.

"Wow, this place is huge! The gardens are so beautiful!" Victoria exclaimed, "How do you afford this? I thought you didn't live with your parents?"

She rambled on with more questions. We let her ask all her questions before we answered any.

"Our parents that left send money," Percy said unsurely.

"Wow, I can't wait to see the inside," Victoria said excitedly, "I need to change into better clothing than this to even set foot in this house. It will only take a minute."

She rushed into the house and we waited for her to change and come back out. About five minutes later she came out in a pink dress and heels that would have made Aphrodite happy. The rich snobby girl was coming back. Hopefully, she wouldn't try to flirt with Percy anymore.

"Guys, this house is amazing!" she squealed, "this is even better than my house and I have the biggest house on my street."

"You haven't seen anything till you have fully explored the house!" Leo exclaimed.

He was excited to show anyone around the house because he was proud of the work his father had done to make the house amazing. We took her around the bottom floor and we showed her where our bedrooms were. We showed her the caves, the theater, and the game room. We came upon the stairs up to the last floor. We were not going to take her up there until she found out what she was.

"Stop," I commanded, "Don't go up there that room is private."

"Ok," Victoria said glumly.

We had to keep her busy because I knew kids like her. The second she was alone she would try to figure out what was in the room. We watched a couple of movies which were picked by Percy and Frank. Percy picked The Little Mermaid and Frank picked Mulan.

"When does the bonfire start?" Leo asked, "I can't wait to get my game on!"

"Bonfires? I hate bonfires they mess up my hair," Victoria said.

"So you dad is the one who died. Are you sure it's not your mom?" Leo asked.

I punched him. She didn't know that her dad was still very much alive and that subject may be tough for her.

"Ow! I was just asking," Leo whimpered.

"Come let's talk Leo," I gestured.

We walked out of the theater.

"Why would you ask something like that? That was not very sensitive," I said scoldingly.

"Well, she seems like a daughter of Aphrodite. No god acts like that except for maybe Apollo. That's it she's a daughter of Apollo!" Leo exclaimed.

"We can't be sure of that yet. We will have to wait," I said.

Leo's POV

We went out the back door with Victoria.

"Go through that gateway and tell me what you see," Piper said.

"I see strawberry fields and a lake. There are cabins and a pavilion," Victoria said unsurely.

"Yes that is all right," Piper said soothingly.

"Wait a minute! Are those people sword fighting and shooting arrows," Victoria yelled.

"Yes, they are. We have something to tell you," Piper replied.

I knew that she was waiting for Victoria to respond but I was way too excited to see her face.

"You are a demigod!" I yelled.

"A demi what?" Victoria questioned.

"A demigod. Half human half god. For example, I am the son of the most awesome god ever, Hephestus," I answered.

"I am the son of Posiden," Percy said.

"Daughter of Athena," Annabeth said.

"Son of Jupiter but here they call him Zeus," Jason said.

"Daughter of Aphrodite," Piper said.

"Son of Mars or here it is Ares," Frank said.

"Daughter of Pluto or here Hades," Hazel said.

"Daughter of Zeus and immortal Hunter of Artemis," Thalia said.

"Daughter of Bellona. She has no Greek form," Reyna said.

"Son of Hades," Nico said.

"WHAT! Who am I the child of?" Victoria said Wavering.

"You won't know until your parent claims you," I said.

We enjoyed the campfire. New kids were getting claimed. All the new kids except Victoria. It was about midnight and the campfire was winding down and Victoria was still not claimed. Percy and Jason seemed irritated that their requests were not taken seriously.

"I am going to Mt. Olympus tomorrow with Victoria," Percy said sternly.

He marched back up the hill to the house and I didn't see him until the next day.
