We walked for hours it seems. I had taken my jacket off and gave my pack to Newt so Mil wouldn't have to walk. She really isn't that heavy until you get dehydrated. Newt got inside his pack and grabbed his water.
"Y/N/N, drink." He said.
"No, you need it more." I said.
He walked in front of me.
"I'm not going to let you walk any further until you take a drink." He said.
I gave up.
"Fine if I do you have to take the rest," I said.
He nodded. I brought the bottle up to my lips and closed them. I gave the water back to Newt and 'swallowed' my water. I licked the water from my lips off though. He put it back in his pack. We found no shelter that night so we all just sat down once it came night. I checked my pack for any food or any more water. None. No one had any more food nor water. We need to get to the Right Arm and fast. Newt laid his head down on his pack and I did the same with my pack. I could barely speak from the shortage of water in my body. Newt scooted closer to me and wrapped his arm around me.
"Night Y/N/N." He croaked.
"Night Newt." I tried to get out.
We slept for about three hours until Thomas was waking us up. Newt got up quickly then helped me up. I winced at the pain my back was making.
"You good?" Newt asked.
I nodded not able to speak.
Thomas pointed in a certain direction and we saw lights I turned to Newt and smiled he had an actual smile too. I hugged him. Well until thunder was heard and it wasn't far away. We all looked from where it came from and started getting our stuff and running. We saw the building now it wasn't that far. I held Newt's hand making sure I didn't lose him. Mil was with Aris. We ran and ran and ran. Fry Pan got to the door first then Teresa, then Aris and Mil, Newt and I would be next.
"MINHO!" I heard.
Newt and I turned around to see Minho on the ground smoke coming from him. We both sprinted to him. I saw Aris come with us. I grabbed Thomas while Newt and Aris grabbed Minho.
"Come on, Thomas let's go!" I shouted.
He nodded and started running with me. We all got inside and Fry Pan shut the door without any hesitation. We all crowded around Minho waiting for him to wake up. I knelt down beside Newt and put my hand on his back, ready to comfort him if Minho didn't make it. I started tearing up.
"Come on man," Newt said.
We waited and then a groan escaped Minho's lips. We all sighed in relief. I laid my forehead on Newt's shoulder.
"What happened?" Minho asked.
"You-you got struck by lightning," Thomas said.
"Oh," Minho said amazed.
"Come on let's get you up," Newt said.
We all got him up and as soon as I could I hugged Newt.
"Are you ok?" I asked.
"Yeah, if you're ok." He said.
"I'm ok," I said.
Just then I saw Newt look scared.
"Y/N/N WATCH OUT!" Newt said pulling me towards him but I was scratched by something.
Everyone turned their flashlights on and we saw those things again. I now know what scratched me, it was one of those things. I hid the blood.
