Maze Runner The Scorch Trials

Chapter 1: First Day.

They got us off the helicopter and took us inside a facility. I held onto Milly's hand. As soon as we got in we saw people working and talking all around us, they were mostly men. Some men turned around and eyed me up and down. I cringed at the thought of what they may be thinking. A man then came up to us. He had a rat face.

"Hello, kids my name is Mr-" I cut him off.

"Rat man?" I asked.

"Very funny and what is your name?" He asked very sternly.

"Y/N," I said.

"Ah, well, Y/N, you will call me Mr. Janson or we can oh I don't know put you back into the Maze, back into W.C.K.D's hands?" He asked sternly.

"No that won't be necessary, Janson," I said.

"Good, follow me." He said.

We did as he asked.

"I run this place it's a safe place from W.C.K.D." He said.

We nodded and he walked over to a heavy door that had to have a key card to open the door. Janson (Rat man) scanned his card into the slot and the door opened.

"Now let's do something about that smell." He said.

We all nodded and he walked down the hall we followed him. He took us down to different corridors. He stopped at a hall with doors.

"Ok, now the boy stays in this room and the girls stay in this room." He said pointing to different rooms.

We nodded. He turned around and started to walk back down the hall.

"Ok, now the showers are this way. You will get cleaned and then you dress yourselves then you will come back out here and wait for everyone else." He said leading us down the hall.

We stopped at where the showers would be. I walked in and found a shower it had some clothes on a chair. I stepped in and pulled the curtain shut. I undressed as soon as I shut the curtain. I turned the water on. The water felt so good. I can't remember the last time I had a shower. Seriously I can't remember. I washed my hair and then my body. I felt clean. I turned the water off and dried myself off. I got out and dressed. When I was tying my shoes I felt the familiarity of this room. I started seeing things.

A boy and a girl snuck in here to see each other. They couldn't meet anywhere else. The boy was leaning against a shower wall. The girl opened the door and looked around cautiously. As soon as they saw each other they ran into each other's arms. They let go so they could look at each other.

"Did anyone see you come in here anyone follow you?" She asked.

"No did anyone follow you?" He asked.

"No." She said hugging him again.

"I'm so glad you're safe Y/N/N." He said.

It was me again.

"I'll always be safe as long as I am here and they don't find out about us," I said.

"If they do you could get hurt or worse put into the Maze." He said.

"If they do put me in a Maze it will be yours I already worked it out," I said.

"But what happens if you don't I'll never see you again I won't even remember you?" He asked.

"I will be fine and you will remember me, I'll make sure of that," I said.

"What are you gonna do?" He asked.

"When you go to sleep I will give you my favorite memories of us," I said.

"But if you get-" I cut him off.

"I won't get caught I thought it all out you don't need to worry N-" I was cut out of my world to Sonya and Milly shaking me a little.

"Y/N/N? Y/N/N are you ok?" Sonya and Milly saw me blink and I nodded my head.

I tied my shoes then walked out of the room. I saw that everyone was out there.

"Ok, let's get you some food," Janson said.

We nodded and followed him. He took us to this cafeteria place and we got food. There were lots of people our age. We sat down at a table and ate. As soon as I was done eating two guards came to us.

"Y/N?" One asked.

I turned around.

"Yeah?" I asked.

"Follow us please." They said.

I nodded and followed them when we were far away from the others they attacked me. They threw me into a room. I sat down on the ground and looked up to see Janson walking in.

"What the hell?" I asked.

"What do you remember?" He asked.

I said nothing just glared at him.

"Fine do whatever you want to her." He said leaving.

Oh, that was a big mistake. One guy came and took my jacket off the other ripped the back of my shirt they tied my hands together around a pole. I felt a HUGE sting on my back. I turned around and saw they had a whip. They gave me two more then they picked me up and made me walk back to my room. They opened the door and I fell into the room everyone was in there well except Aris and they were surprised I did this. The guards shut the door.

"Y/N/N, what happened?" Harriet asked.

"My back," I said in agony.

They all rushed to look at my back and there they were three red lines oozing with blood. They picked me up and carried me to a bed. I noticed Rachel was missing.

"W-where's Rachel?" I asked.

"She went to the safe haven." They said.

They then explained to me about how they call people every time we eat and then they take them to the safe haven. Seems to be so 'true' to me. I fell asleep after a while and did nothing. I ate the next day only to see that Sonya and Harriet were gone and it was just me Katya, Aris, Milly, and Sam. Everyday after I was finished eating I would get three whips on my back. It hurt like hell. We were there for six days when I skipped an important meal, breakfast. I kept having memories or dreams and the blonde boy always called me Y/Nor Y/N/N, oh and the brunette boy always called me Y/N/N or Y/N too. I am so confused on what to do.
