"What do you think of Chaos, Frank?" Kai asked his assistant. Max quickly spun to face his boss, his eyes wide from shock of the Kai Parker was talking to him, again. But then again Max always forgot that he worked for Kai Parker."Chaos?" Max finally replied, he watched as his boss spin an apple on his finger out of boredom. Kai nodded his head at his assistant's question, As if his brain would possible be smaller Kai thought to himself as Max blubbered on trying not to offend Kai. "I mean he's --- um, cool? I guess? I mean if you think causing chaos is cool."
"Cool?" Kai questioned as he internally rolled his eyes, once again questioning every undead-life decision he had made. Why did the Gods punish him by sending him to his almost personal hell, or was it his hell? He was able to wreck havoc and yet be able to have his head remain attached to his body. Kai remembered his time on the Otherside, that boring place that for some reason was always tinted blue, why blue? Kai thought. If that place was suppose to hold Supernatural entities why was it so easy to escape?
"--- I mean Chaos is a pretty cool name. But did he name himself?" Max rambled more.
"Ugh..." Kai groaned, stupid stupid stupid, Kai thought, why this person as my assistant?
"But you know what? I want to help him! Be the man behind in the chair!" Max said jumping up and down like a kid on Christmas day. Kai quickly perked up, swinging his feet off his desk.
"What was that, Andre?" Kai asked his assistant.
"What? About being a chair?" Max asked cluelessly.
"No, about wanting to help Chaos."
"Oh yeah! That! Wait! Do you know Chaos?" Max asked with excitement. "I wanna help! I'm really smart! I can hack computers! I--I can make a mean PB&J sandwhich!" Max said, trying to think of anything that would make him a good 'man in the chair'.
"Why do you want to help Chaos?" Kai asked his assistant.
"Because I want to take down the Green Arrow..." Max mumbles. "The Green Arrow is the reason for my family's death. While he was saving the city he was really killing it. Because of him, more criminals stepped out of the shadows causing more destruction, creating more criminals, more evil. Nothing good comes from the Green Arrow, sure he beats up a few bank robbers, but in the grand scheme, he's the bad in this city."
"Why are you telling me this?" Kai asked, growing suspicious of his assistant's motives. Also he was confused to why his assistant was openly admitted to wanting to help a criminal.
"Because I know you're Chaos." Kai's assistant confessed. Kai laughed at the man standing in front of him.
"I'm not sure you know what you would be getting into." Kai said, suddenly serious. His assistant was the closest thing he had to a friend in forever.
"It was quite simple. Ever since my parents died I have been obsessed with knowing everything I could about the vigilantes. I've come up with multiple theories about who the Green Arrow is. And then suddenly within a couple months you become a famous CEO and no one even knew who you were before. There wasn't any information about you up until six months ago. And then Chaos arrives shortly after you do, and with some high tech gear from what I can gather." Max explained, going off on his own tangent.
