Chapter 5: Friends?

       What do I do? I was trying to avoid him so I wouldn't get in trouble with Megan. The only way I could become friends with Todd is if I follow Megan's wedding rules. I start to leave once I was behind Todd I felt someone grab my arm. I turn around to see who grabbed my arm. I turn to see the amazing face of Todd. "Why are you leaving do you have something against me,"He asked.

       "I don't know,"I replied

"You can't say you don't like me if you don't know me so stay for a game."

       "OK, but only for one game."

"Great."

       I said I would only play one game but it was just too fun I had to break my promise to myself.

       After the football game was over I was about to leave when Todd asked me for my number. I of course said yes. After we exchanged numbers I headed back toward my mom. We headed towards the car and we just sat there for a while. I was thinking about how I was thrilled he talked to me but worried what Megan was going to do to me.

       I started the car and headed home. Once I was home I turned on my phone to see two texts. One from Todd that just said hi and one from an unknown number saying,

       Be prepared for hell you boyfriend stealing bitch.
