It was a rainy day, and we start our story in a dim room.
Our protagonist, Sunmi is laying awake on her bed as her phone alarm is ringing.
With one loud sigh, Sunmi turns to her nightstand and grabs her phone, shutting off her alarm.
Today was moving day, and Sunmi dreaded this day the most.
She hadn't slept the whole night and she just felt like she wanted to stay in bed all day.
"Unnie! You need to get changed, Uncle will be here any minute now to pick us up" Her younger Sujin said as she knocked lightly on her door
Doing her usual morning routine, she started to change into the clothes that were folded into a neat pile in the end of her bed.
She let her wavy, silky black hair fall down her back and didn't bother to put on any makeup.
Our Sunmi was a beautiful girl.
She had milky white skin, large eyes that were adorned with long eyelashes, she had a face that many would dream to have.
She was almost ethereal in a sense, her beauty was almost unworldly that many thought she looked like a character off of a story or manga.
Her younger sister took after her older sister's beauty as well.
After she was done getting ready, she looked at her empty room that now only had a bed and vanity.
She had many memories in this room, and it was hard for her to know that she may never be in this room again.
Another knock was heard from her room door and the door slowly opened to reveal Sujin.
"He's here already" Sujin said giving her sister a small pained smile
Sunmi could only nod and exit the room, leaving Sujin at the doorway.
As they both walk out the house with their suitcases and a few boxes filled with pictures and other things.
Their uncle Minho walked out from the car and went to hug them.
He was the only one that was left to take care of the two sisters after their parents died.
"It's great too see you guys again" Minho said as he let go of his two nieces and gave them a small smile
"Nice to see you too, uncle. You didn't bring Jisung?" Sujin asked as she seen that nobody accompanied Minho
"No, he wanted to stay home with the rest of the boys" Minho responded shrugging his shoulders and took both of the girl's luggage as they put their things in his car trunk
"Rest of the boys? Did you adopt or something?" Sunmi said as her eyebrows scrunched in confusion
"I guess you can call it that" Minho said chuckling a little as Sujin just shrugged and didn't think much of it
They drove for 3 hours and the whole time Sunmi looked out the window and listened to music while her sister and Minho were having a conversation about random things
Sunmi thought about the last time her parent's took her and Sujin to visit Their uncle and Jisung.
It was for Christmas, Sumni was 12 years old and Sujin was 10.
They've always went to visit Minho and Jisung on every special occasion. Since Minho's wife had died during child birth, The girl's mother, Seoyeon took the time to visit frequently to help Minho with jisung,
But one day, They stopped going to Minho's house and The two sisters didn't know why.
"So, how many people live in the house besides you and jisung?" Sujin said poking her head out from the backseat
"About 17"
