Double update because I was bored as hell today... I know that this chapter takes place during November but let's just pretend that it's a really really cold November, okay? Okay! Thx for reading beauties! Love you all!❤

Louis and Harry were sitting in Louis' car. Harry leaned his head against the window and sighed as he watched the white world around him flash in front of his eyes.

Louis looked at the younger boy. He didn't look sad yet he didn't look content either.

He looked like he could use a little fun and a good laugh. Even if they had a great time together at Liam's.

Louis' eyes wondered down the landscape around him when suddenly his lips pulled up into a smirk.

The dominant pulled the car over to the side of the road, causing Harry to jolt up in his seat and give Louis a concerned look.

"What's wrong? Why are we stopping? Are you hurt?" He rambled, placing his hand on top of Louis'.

Louis smiled and pointed at small lake next to the car.

"Let's go ice skating." A big grin formed on Harry's face after hearing those words.

"Is the ice even thick enough?"

Louis opened the car door and looked at Harry with a mischievous glint in his ocean blue eyes.

"Let's find out." He muttered before jumping out of the car and slamming the door shut.

A soft chuckle left Harry's lips before he shook his head and followed after Louis.

Louis took a hold of a tree next to the lake and pressed his foot against the ice, pushing down on it harshly.

Slowly, but surely, Louis moved his next foot onto the slippery ice and laughed as he moved forwards without having to move.

Harry looked at the ice, doubt in his eyes, but when Louis offered him a warm hand, he simply couldn't refuse.

Harry stepped onto the ice also and joined Louis as the older lad started to move in circles on the ice.

Harry only stood still on the ice with wobbly legs. He moved one foot in front of the other and sighed in relief when he didn't slip.

Just when he was getting the hang of it, Louis accidentally touched his foot which caused Harry to slip.

Louis was quick to wrap an arm around his waist and Harry had just enough time to clasp ontl Louis' neck.

The 17-year-old looked up at Louis through his eyelashes with an embarrassed frown on his face, his cheeks turning even a darker shade of red. And it wasn't from the freezing wind blowing in his face.

"Don't worry. I've got you." Louis whispered, guiding Harry over the ice.

Harry bit his lip, watching his feet as they moved over the ice.

However, Louis tilted his chin up and made Harry keep eye contact with him.

They started skating, as well as that is possible with shoes on, and laughed when they almost slipped.

Louis was staring at Harry with so much fond in his eyes, that for the first time since Harry saw Louis, the younger lad finally realised that maybe Louis actually cared for him.

They were both so wrapped up in one another, that neither of them saw the nearing end of the ice plato.

When they finally realised it was already too late. The little edge on the ice broke underneath Louis' feet.
