After all that, I think everything is back to normal now. I think. All the dedication that started way back at summer. And now I finally gave the 12 sunflowers that I made. Maybe you're asking, why 12? Well, I planned on giving her 18 since she did just recently turned 18 but the number is unbearable. I struggled to make atleast 2 in a week, how much more if I had to make 4 per week? I also asked Niel to help me on the numbers,

"Brooo." -Jason-

"Yow, whats up Jason?" -Niel-

"I'm planning on giving Leana sunflowers. If I can recall, she loves those things right?" -Jason-

"Absolutely. You do know sunflowers can really kill your savings right?" -Niel-

"I know I know, but I'm not planning to give her real ones. I spent the last few days sketching and predicting how much material I'm going to need for each paper sunflower." -Jason-

"You never fail to suprise me Jason, go. How many are you aiming for anyway?" -Niel-

"Give me a number between 8 to 22." -Jason-

"Umm, 12." -Niel-

~And thats why I made 12 hahaha. Back to the present. Yes, she was happy for the sunflowers I gave her. The feeling was very heavy, knowing that I gave away all of my hardwork. As I said, I accompanied her to the entrance of the subdivision but by walking, not riding the motorcycle.

"Wait, your motorcycle is out of gas??", Leana asked.

"Well duhhh, why do you think I had no intention of taking it with us?", I replied.

"Hahaha. And here I thought I was going to be transported by my hero."

"You still ain't no princess, sunshine."

"Hmph."

She turned and started to walk off the street. Shiz, I gotta put the motorcycle inside our garage first. I put the keys in my pocket and ran after her.

"Heyyy."

I got close to her and then she turned around showing me a really poor grumpy face.

"She's gonna laugh.", I said.

"Hahahaha. I hate you so much.", she replied.

"I get that all the time."

After 2 minutes of silence, she was the one to break the ice.

"So, how long did it take for you to make these sunflowers?", she asked.

"Well, I started the day you told me that you were still deciding if I would be forgiven. I owe it all to Jamie. Because if she didn't thought of making sunflowers, I never would have made them myself.", I replied.

"Wowww. And you waited until my birthday just to give them?"

"I had no opportunity at school since we are surrounded by many of your friends and my friends. The least that I want is to attract unwanted attention to both of us."

She looked down, feeling shy I think. I can't read women's emotions even after all my relationships so bear with me haha.

We stopped at the nearby bakery. Smelling the delicious pastries made me hungry.

"For one, I already forgiven you a long time ago. Its okay, I understand now that I cannot expect that everyone will be kind and polite. That sometimes, even good people show their bad sides too." Leana said.
