~We all planned to go on a trip to the amusement park. Thankfully, everyone was allowed by their parents. We managed to hire a driver, chose a perfect day to go out, and I sacrificed myself for the whole day. More on that later. While we were waiting for everyone, me and Kent were just chilling outside, buying snacks for the trip.

"How much food we buying?", I asked.

"As much as everyone can handle on the road.", Kent replied.

"Won't they get nauseous and then throw up at the back? Hahaha."

"Hopefully not, considering that the only drinks were taking are water."

"Good point, wait for me."

I grabbed 2 of every kind of chips I liked to eat. Due to my great schedule and will power, I am able to save more than enough money to buy food for myself and food later when we're about to go home.

"I'm all good to go.", while I carried 2 huge plastic bags.

"Damn Jason, hide some for us haha!", Kent said.

"Okayyy, I'm not leaving anyone behind.", I replied.

I got to see everyone complete for once. I took the seat next to the driver, being the most directive mind of the group. I didn't want anyone of them being left out or just away from the rest. I on the other hand, was used to being alone. I felt okay making others happy even if I were just holding on a thread. The journey was long but at at least I got to know our driver better.

First off was of course the entrance line. It was sooo... normal. Not that long and not that short but the sun isn't giving us a fun time. And the greatest thing about the amusement park is their partnerships with the food booths that are present inside the area. We cannot bring outside foods because the food booths inside would be worthless and they made a contract I think that they can sell their products inside. I got no choice but to leave my snacks in the van. Security's tight but I'm better, so I managed to force in nothing hahaha.

On to the first riiide, which is closed for some reason.

"Aww man, I really wanted to see how terrifying that is.", Brandon said.

"Its alright, though I was scared of falling. Just like a normal rollercoaster ride, but with sudden clicks and swishes.", I replied.

So that was disappointing, onto the next one! Go Kartsss! I knew that one of my buddies here is a veteran in Go-Kart racing so I'd like to see how good he is. So its basically boys vs girls now. There were 7 boys and 5 girls. Losers gets to buy snacks for everyone. And we were not going to lose.

After watching a short tutorial video on how to properly operate the vehicle, we all got our helmets, strapped in our vests, and hopped on our own carts. Since we were gentlemen, we let all the girls go first. We had about 10 minutes to take them down. I knew only one thing when I rode cars, step on the gas.

I was going in first, Tony was right behind me. We were being chased by Calla and Iris. They were persistent. Good thing those racing games gave me an edge, basic cornering and acceleration from turning was easy enough. Iris wasn't paying attention and got scraped by the mini-tire wall. No injuries, just got surprised by the sudden contact. I don't know how many times I passed by Blake. Every time I passed by him, I made a hand signal indicating the number of passes I did. Kate wasn't doing too good either. She's the last racer from the girls. Andrei, Kent, Erik and Brandon are solid and couldn't be passed by Janna and Amanda. At the last lap, me and Tony sped up to the finish line at the same time.

Now this time, we were up against a ride I haven't experienced before. It slowly goes up and then suddenly drops you to the floor. Many says its easy, but since I'm a great fan of heights, I may not be able to walk normally after this. We got on the turnstile, no turning back. The line was sooo long.

"Have you ever experienced this ride before?", Drew asked.

"This is my 3rd time actually. The first time is always the worst.", Janna replied.

"Thanks for the motivation.", Drew said.

"Think of this as a... rite of passage.", Calla added.

"Righttt, one last rite probably.", I said.

"Dammit Jason, hahaha.", Kate answered.

My heart was pounding. Each step becomes colder and colder. Erik, who was so excited while in line, was now silent as the wind. We sat down on the ride that accomodated 12 people. The staff helped us in buckling our seatbelts.

"Whatever happens, don't take of the safety equipment of the ride. Enjoy!", the amusment park staff said.

And the ride begins. Every second passing, we slowly got off the floor. 10 feet...15 feet... 20 feet... I lost count. All I can see now is the vast landscape. So many houses, buildings from afar, how I wish I could-

"OHHHH MYYYY GOOOOOOOOOO-"

We were dropping at about 70 miles per hour. I tried to scream but my voice got sucked by the wind pressure. And the last thing I realized, we were already at the floor.

"Thank you for your participation. Come again!"

The first thing I did was removed my seat belt and jumped in the air.

"Woohoo!", Blake shouted.

"We did it!", Erik followed.

"Yeesssss!!!!", everyone else shouted.

Drew was all pumped from the ride. Calla and Iris were still dizzy. We got out and went to the next one.

~The weather wasn't a friend to us. It began to downpour, really hard. I got up my umbrella. But my friends..

"Umm, aren't you guys afraid of getting sick?", I asked.

"Its a Saturday, we can rest tomorrow.", Calla replied.

"I will never understand you people."

"Thats because you take everything safely. You have to learn that sometimes, you need to take risks to achieve something greater.", Blake said.

Everyone clapped for Blake's words of wisdom.

I can't narrate what happened since I became the luggage carrier of my friends. Making sure that their things don't get wet by the rain, I sat at the nearby benches. Thats the only problem I saw with this amusement park, they lack shelter from the rain. I guess they thought that the place would only receive sunshine and rainbows eh? I took out my phone. 9 PM. Damn, first time I got this late.

They finally got back after a whole hour. The line was, you guessed it, very long. Majority of the people there were soaking wet by the rain, they're enjoying it like its nothing. Is that how people enjoy life. Maybe...

"Hey Jason, we're just going to change clothes. We can't ride on the van at this time.", Tony said.

"Alrighttt. Imma buy a pizza.", I replied.

I gave them their stuff. The rain was so strong, I couldn't see where I was walking. I head my name from the distance, I looked around but no one was calling me. I turned around and bumped into someone. The floor was slippery so I accidentally fell. I looked up and it was a girl, she radiated from the colors of the neabry stores.

I got up, and she showed her face. Its her!!! The girl from the basketball game.

"Sorry, I'll be on my way.", the girl said.

As she was starting to walk, I called her. She immediately stopped and slowly turned around.

"I'm... my name is Jason. I've met you before, haven't I?"

"Yes. I watched you play. You were great, but when I tried to talk to you, you collapsed all of a sudden.", she replied.

"Sorry haha. Got too much into the game. By any chance, can I be friends with you..?", I asked.

"Sure. My name is April."
