As of about two days ago, Instagram has been blowing up with hate towards "IT" actor Chosen Jacobs who had supposedly fat-shamed his co-star Jeremy Ray-Taylor.
Jacobs and Taylor play two kids in the 2017 adaptation of the Steven King book in which Jacob portrays a kid named Mike and Taylor plays a child named Ben.
Just about last week Angelique Ramirez, a close friend to both of the boys had posted a slideshow of photos onto her Instagram which shows her holding her new cat Richie who she had named after boyfriend Finn Wolfhard's character in the movie adaptation.
Under the post a user had commented how nothing has a gender, to which Jacobs replied with "here goes another SJW...". Jeremy had then replied to Chosen's comment saying "pls, let's not judge @chosenjacobs" into which Jacobs then responded with "sorry hamburger helper @jeremyraytaylor" a user under the name "user3" was quick to notice that Jacobs could possibly be fat-shaming Jeremy.
Chosen was quick to respond and say that it was an inside joke between the cast of the movie and other friends. However, the user wouldn't believe this at all. Even after Jeremy had to confirm it himself it's an inside joke.
What are your opinions on the whole Chosen Jacobs & Jeremy Ray-Taylor situation? Do you think Chosen was just joking around or do you think it was something more serious than that?
