"I can't do it anymore" I panted
"Yes you can" the nurse smiled
"Almost there" she told me
"Your doing great" mum told me
After a few more pushes I heard a cry. The only time I would be grateful to hear my baby cry.
"Congratulations! You have a son" she told me holding to a gorgeous little baby boy. I can't believe I did it.
She wrapped him up in a little blue blanket and handed him over to me.
"I'm so proud of you" mum said a tear dropping off her chin.
"He's perfect" I smiled
"That's exactly what I thought of you and Leo" she whispered to me looking down at my new son.
It didn't sound real. I have a son with the man I once said was only my boss, the man that gave his life for me.

I slowly turned over, the hospital beds weren't the most comfortable.
Where is he?
The nurse walked in right on cue.
"Where's my son gone?" I asked worried
"He's with his father" she smiled
"What?" I questioned confused. She probably had no idea that stefano was dead. Maybe he was with Leo and she is just mistaken.
"I need to see him now, I don't know who my son is with but I want him with me now" I demanded her.
"Okay please calm down. I will bring them in now" she smiled then Leaving me alone. I could help but wonder what kind of hospital would let a couple of hours old baby go with someone with out having permission off the mother who had been sleeping.
Then the nurse walked in smiling holding the door open behind her.
My breath caught in my throat and began to choke me. My heart had turned on over drive and I couldn't handle it. My body couldn't move and mr lips only quivered.
Although my body was shaking I couldn't move the way I wanted too. I couldn't move to grab the guy and hold him. To kiss him.
"Hello Stella" he smiled
His eyes were glued to me which made it even more difficult to breath.
"St-st-stefano" I cried
The nurse walks out leaving the three of us alone.
"This can't be real"
I was no crying historically
"Shhh, it's okay. I really am here. It's me" she said rushing over to me.
"You promise me?" I begged
"I promise you" he replied a tear coming into clear view in his eye.
Our son just silently stared at us in silence. My world had completely turned upside down. What the hell was going on?
