Leonardo pov

I walked into my bedroom and sat down on the edge of the bed. I placed my hands harshly on my face and huffed.
"What's wrong?" Asked angel
I looked up at my beautiful wife who came to sit by me.
"He wants to be the leader and he wants me to help him" I told her
"Ezio" she huffed "he's strong and determined, are you going to help him?" She asked me
"You don't get the point do you, he's 16. I don't want him to have that life" I admitted.
She grabbed my hand and smiled slightly.
"Look leo, He May He 16 now But he will take over the gang when he's 18 just like you did. He's the son of stefano and Kimberly, no wonder he's so strong minded. He was born to take over the gang just like Chris one day will. You son, he's going to take over one day wether you like it or not. I know you want to help Ezio but remember he's your nephew, we don't have any real power over him. He's going to become leader so either you help him or you don't but it's going to happen" she told me.
She was right, I've been worried about Ezio becoming leader of his fathers gang, I haven't even considered that Chris will become the leader of my gang one day.
"I just want my family to be safe" I admitted.
"Which is exactly why you will help, leo your a good man. You will always protect your family, you have to let him make his own decisions and mistakes. Kimberly would let him" she explained
"Where the hell is she?" I whispered

Ezio pov

Happy birthday!" Sang my grandmother as she woke me up.
I looked up at her, she had been my mother role growing up. I would always be grateful. She took me out the day my mother went missing, she in a way saved me. If only she could have saved my mum.
"Thank you grams" I smiled
"Come on, get up we are all waiting down stairs" she said patting my head before leaving the room.
I quickly got dressed into my black jeans and black top before shaking my black hair out my eyes.
I rushed down the stairs to see Marcus and Leo sat on the leather 3 piece.
"Happy birthday man" smiled Marcus firmly pressing a hand on my shoulder.
"Thanks Marcus" I smiled before looking towards Leo.
"You got what you wanted, we start today" leo stated
"Wait...what?" I asked
"You're a smart kid, you know exactly what I mean. Meet me at my office at 1;00" Leo told me before slipping past and heading towards the front door.
"And happy birthday eggeo" he smiled before leaving.
Suddenly a weight was added to my back.
"Happy birthday Ezio!" Screamed angel.
Yes she was my auntie, aged 33 and she jumped of the back of 16 year old.
I spun her around before dropping her onto the chair.
"Thank you ang" I laughed
Angel wasn't old, I wouldn't go that far but I always loved how she acted so young and care free. She was so childish, leo said she had always been that way. I was told it was one of the reasons that my mum and her got along to well.
Angel often told me story's about my father when he was younger, she told me about when my mum hated my father even though she at the time lived with him and didn't even know. She told me that she used to come visit my mum and my dad didn't even know. That always made me think of angel being smarter then my dad. It showed her stealthy side I suppose.

"Here you go" Came Alec's voice handing me a whiskey.
"It's 8 in the morning" I told him
"And it's your birthday" he stated back
"Excuse me, I don't think so" said angel.
And there was her sensible side
"You ain't our mum so shh up" Alec smiled at her
"Yeah but I am and I'm saying no, your 19 and he's 16 so I certainly don't think so" Came Juliet's voice.
I couldn't help but laugh a little.

For a family that was slightly messed up in a way and for a family that all involved with the mafia, in fact we were in two Allie gangs, the strongest gangs of them all, we were all happy.
We all showed so much love to each other and we were all extremely close.

My family didn't grow up with the best experiences but they certainly made sure that me , Alec and Chris will grow up happy, strong and smart as well as loved.
