Seventeen

It was Saturday,
Tonight was the party I had Liam and jasper organise, I hope they did a good job.
They've told me there will be many guests so I was looking for my best suit when Juliet walked in.
"Hello my handsome man" greeted Juliet
"Hiya gran" I smiled
"You look just like your father" she told me
"I hope that's a compliment" I laughed
"It is dear, your mother had good choice" she said
"Do you think she's alive?" I asked her suddenly.
It's a question that's always on my mind, I will never understand what happened to her, there hasn't been any contact by anyone.
"To be frank with you...I didn't get the honour of knowing you mum for a long time but from when I did and what I've been told she is smart, she is strong and a fighter. I was there when you were born and from that second she looked at you with pure love, she would never leave you hunny. She will always fight to get back to you" she told me.
I smiled at her before bringing her into a hug.
"Anyway I better let you get ready,  I'm so proud of you" she smiled but leaving me to get ready.

Once I was ready I met Leo, angel and their son Chris in the foyer, we were then joined by Alec, then Theo and Juliet. We made our way in to the Limo before being driven to my party.
As we walked into the party down the steps I couldn't help but wonder how many of theses people actually cared for me or really wanted me to succeed, how many people actually knew me?

"Come on nephew lets get drunk" said my 21 year old uncle Alec.
Role model.
"On whiskey I hope" Came a voice which I recognised immediately.
I snapped my head around to see Sofia, what was she doing here?

"Well Ezio Caivono?" She smirked
"What are you doing here?" I asked her intrigued.
"Well I found you...you didn't need to find me" she stated.
"How?" I asked shocked
It really surprised me that this girl found me, I'm a mafia boss was it really that simple?
"My father actually, once I found out I just tagged along" she giggled.
"Who's your father?" I asked curious
"Nicolàs" she told me
The Spanish mobster was Sofia's father

"So you know exactly who I am?" I questioned further
"I know exactly who you are mr.mafia" she winked before striding away.
"And who was that gorgeous creature?" Asked Alec
"Stay away Alec seriously" I warned before walking off.

I spent the evening talking to guest and picking out future business deals, I then spotted a man talking to Juliet, I've never seen him before and wondered who he was.
"Hey Leo" I waved him over
"Who's that?" I questioned
"I'm not sure, ask Juliet later. Just have a good time okay, I'm going to dance with my wife and child" he told me before wondering off.
I turned back to Juliet but she stood next to theo now. I peered around but this random man was already gone.

"Would you care to dance mr.caivono?"
Her voice broke mr train of thoughts

"I would love to" I said gently taking her tiny hand in mine before leading her to where other people were dancing.
My hands were firmly on her hips and her hands just about found each other behind my neck.
I've never looked at a girl the way I look at her, she makes me feel different.
"So tell me Ezio, what's your next move" she said
"My next move?" I asked
"Yeh, like this" she said
Then her soft pink lips landed perfectly on mine like a plane on a run way.
She pulled back and looked up to me
"I like the way you think" I told her
She smirked and then we carried on dancing for a couple more hours.
