I can see the building in the distance.
So close!I spoke to soon.
I see a mint green blur dash past me. In the process, he bumped harshly into my side...
knocking ALL of the papers out of my hand. They scattered onto the side walk as I stare in shock as the man just kept walking, completely ignoring the epidemic he had just caused.
Rude....
I scurry to collect all of the papers and count them.
19...
Where's the top page... A light wind had picked up and one of the papers had blown up into a tree.
Great...
I stand on my tip toes and reach for the page. I am very short, mind you. Even jumping, I could not reach the paper. I sigh and look around for the mint haired man. Or anyone tall for that matter. Just ANYONE who could reach the paper. I check my phone.
12:50
CRAP 10 MINUETS!
I look around for anyone and I feel someone tap my shoulder. FINALLY! SOMEONE SAW MY DISTRESS! I turn around to see a tall attractive man a little older than me. His dark brown eyes looked down at me kindly.
He handed me the paper, " I saw my friend run into you and knock the papers from your hand. I'm truly sorry about his rudeness." I smile and start backing away.
Maybe if I run I could make it to my time slot
Nope. 1:01.
I groan and the man notices my frustration, "did you miss your time slot? I'm sorry I couldn't help but glance at the paper." I nod, "yeah but I'm sure I'll get another one...eventually. Thank you again for your help! Annyeong*." I quickly try to walk away from the man. I'm afraid if I look at him for to much longer, I might die from his attractiveness.
"Wait! Let me help you get your time slot back. It's the least I can do." He says and smiles pleadingly. I look at him and realize... he isn't going to take no for an answer.
"Alright. Gomabseubnida**!"
