Chapter 24:

Abbey's POV

I walked over to the door and tear slipped down my cheek. "Shh baby don't cry." He wiped the tear away.

I quickly wrapped my arms around him giving him a huge hug. He picked me up and spun me around. "I love you so much Taylor. I understand if you hate me because I would hate myself too. Who am I kidding? I do. I'm horrible and you don't deserve me but I-" he cut me off my crashing his lips into mine.

"Princess I would never hate you."

"Yeah say that now..." I looked down. "I'm really sorry Taylor."

"Abbey I don't even know what's going on..."

"Okay before I tell you, I understand that you won't want anything to do with me after & I promise I'll leave."

"Abbey just tell me what's happening!"
"So me & Matt..."

He cut me off before you could say anything else. "Slept together..." He finished my sentence.

I looked down not wanting to look into his eyes. I slowly nodded as a felt a tear slip down my cheek besides the fact that I was pouring out and we were getting soaked. "I'm so-" he connected our lips and pulled me closer. I stood on my tippy toes so I could reach him and he pulled me even closer if that was possible.

"Sorry this is adorable I'm taking a picture don't mind me." Ariana giggled as she took a picture of us kissing.

We broke away and started laughing.
"Okay continue."

"I don't understand Taylor. I probably just broke your heart." I mumbled.

"It would be a privilege to have my heart broken by you." Taylor quoted from The Fault in Our Stars.

"I fucking love you." I slammed my lips into his for the 3rd time.

"I love you too baby."

"I find it hard to believe you're not mad Tay..."

"I mean I'm kinda hurt. But I know we've been so distant lately and the fact that you came out and told me? I can't be mad at that." He said. "I love you way to much to ever be mad at you... You could murder my mom and id still love you." He laughed.

"Thanks for the approval." I joked.

"How did you know I was here?" I asked.

"Dylan." He replied and I nodded.

"Did you hurt my car?" He asked seriously.

"Oh um. About that... You see the road was kinda slippery & I'm sorry. But she's gone..."

"ABBEY NO WHY NO ABBEY WHY." He shook me. "ABBEY HOW COULD YOU DO THIS TO ME?!"

"Calm yourself I'm kidding." I pointed to the car that was in perfect shape.

"Oh thank god I love you so much." He hugged me like he was about to lose me forever.

"Taylor, it's 4 in the morning. And we're soaking wet..."

"Oh, I forgot about that." He laughed.
"I guess let's go inside & put some dry clothes on?" He nodded. We went inside & I slipped on some new shorts & a shirt as well as Taylor.

"We're gonna go home now Ariana. Say bye to Dylan for me. He's out late..." I said.

"I know but whatever. Bye guys I'll talk to you soon. Call me if you need to talk Abbey!" She smiled.

We finally left around 4:30 in the morning. I was exhausted. So much crying my head hurt, but Taylor made it better. We drove home hand in hand together. Just like things were supposed to be. There was just one problem... Matt.
