Chapter 25:

"Baby! Mama missed you!" I said to Ry who just made some random noise.

Taylor & I drove up to Indiana to pick up Ry after 2 days. We've been fine but Matt? Yeah no sign of him anywhere.

"Oh Abbey you've gotten so pretty." Taylor's mom said to me.

"Thank you." I smiled.

"Hi mama." Taylor gave his mom a kiss on the cheek. Mama's boy awe.

"You guys are staying for dinner, right?" She asked & Taylor nodded.

"Oh Taylor your friend called & you left your wallet at her house."

I looked at Taylor. Her? What. His eyes widened and he looked back at me.

"Oh, uh, yeah I was wondering where that went..."

I didn't say anything, I tried to ignore it but the thought wouldn't leave my mind. "are you okay?" Taylor asked.

"uh. yeah. why wouldn't i be?" I hesitated.

"you just seem, I don't know not right."
"maybe I'm not Taylor." I snapped.

"maybe our whole relationship is just falling apart."

"w-what do you mean?"

"what I mean is we leave each other for two fucking nights & we have the urge to cheat?" I sighed. "everything's just wrong Taylor."

"what makes you think I had the urge to cheat?" he asked.

"you left your wallet at 'her' house... please just don't lie to me. I was up front with you..."

he sighed. "I'm sorry."

"so that's why you were so easy on me when I told you... can I just ask who it was?"

"Ashley..." he said. Ashley, as in his fucking ex. I tried my hardest to hold back the tears.

"Taylor, I just can't anymore..." tears flowed down my face, I grabbed Ry and walked out of his house. where the fuck was I supposed to go? i walked down to dock where Taylor would always take me when we visited his parents and just thought.

did I really just break up with him? how could I be so mad at him when I did the same thing... I'm such a hypocrite. I don't deserve anyone. my parents hate me, my boyfriends not my boyfriend anymore, my
whole life is falling apart.

"Abbey." I heard. I turned around & my eyes locked with those irresistible green eyes.

"Taylor I need to be alone."

"were you serious about what you said?" he put Ryleigh into his lap & sat next to me.

I nodded. "Taylor, everything's falling apart. maybe it's a sign that we just shouldn't be together..."

I saw a tear fall from his cheek. he slowly nodded and gave Ry a big kiss. "I love you..." he shook his head and walked away leaving me with Ry. I started crying even more before my phone rang...
