Edan's pov

I was really scared today. I don't know what they saw but as I told Amber it's not our secret to tell. I have been avoiding Lillian's eyes since we reached our room. I went straight to packing so as to keep busy.
" so Ed I wanted to ask you about something "
" yes like what? "
"like what happened earlier today? "
" and what happened today?"
"oh please don't act dumb and how could you run so fast? "
"I was a pack warrior before I was demoted. Actually I was the best tracker and the fast runner. I was also good at fighting but I couldn't save my sister or my pack"
"oh baby am so sorry but you should know this am happy with you whatever your position is, whether it's an omega or a warrior your still mine and your lucky I didn't mark you yet because I don't want anyone to take what is mine"
"well why don't I just do it now, I was tempted to kill someone for looking at you. You are my gamma, mine" and we started kissing others neck till we found the perfect spot and bit into it. Our bond is finally completed and we are one.

Amber's pov

As we went to our rooms I decided not to look at Kyle because I hate lieing to him. I love my mate but I can't reveal what is not mine to reveal.
"Amber are you avoiding me?" says kyle
"I am so not avoiding you, am getting ready for bed"
I replied walking straight to the closest. I picked out his shirt and a pair of boxers and headed towards the bathroom. I looked in the mirror, I was happy with Kyle, i just wish that she would to. I feel bad because am her bestfriend yet I couldn't sense when she was unhappy. I was so absorbed in my happiness that I forgot about her. It's going to really hard for her to accept the king with her being a White wolf.
" Amber are you not coming out? "
" yes am coming "
I quickly dressed and went outside to sleep. We had to attend dinner and witness the persecution of the beta and gamma. Emma really doesn't like those kind of stuff.
" what are you thinking about, my love? "
" Ooo nothing, common let's sleep. We have to be active this dinner"
As we climbed into the bed, I leaned back to his chest and appreciated the tingles and the sparks coming from the contact.
" Amber, I didn't know that you can run that fast?"
I gulped and thought of my answer
" Emma's brother Edan used to be a pack warrior. He trained me during his free time before he was demoted to omega because of the war."
" wow am so proud but next time I do the fighting. I don't want you to get hurt. Just sit and look pretty " he replied smiling.
" well I can't promise you that I will sit still and look pretty "
" I can't believe that you are mine. Do you know how long I have searched for you."
" well technically I am not yours yet because I don't bear your mark or tattoo on me so am my own person."
Kyle growled loudly
" you are mine and am going to prove it by re-marking you now sweetheart"
"Kyle wait.... "
He pierced his teeth into my neck and bit me. I screamed out in pain and when he released me and licked the blood he said,
" now your mine forever and am never letting you go" with that I blacked out.
