Chapter 6
Aya's PoV
"Mind if I join you?" I was busy sitting alone here in the corner of the cafeteria while eating my food when someone spokes out of nowhere.
Tumingin ako sa kanya at nakita ko naman siyang nakangiti. Medyo nagulat ako kasi akala ko walang papansin sakin dito and to tell na ang ganda pa nitong lumapit sakin. Muka pa siyang model kaya naman unexpected na lumapit siya sa katulad kong 'nerd' daw.
"No, I don't mind. You can join me. :)"
Umupo naman siya at nagsimula na kaming kumain.
"Transferee ka ba? Ngayon lang kasi kita nakita dito." tanong niya sakin habang kumakain kami.
Napansin ko namang nakatingin samin yung ibang tao dito sa loob ng cafeteria pero siyempre mas nakatuon pa rin ang atensyon ng mga tao kila Wesley na nagtatawanan ng parang walang nanunood sa kanila.
"Uh, yes. Actually it's my first day." sagot ko naman sa kanya.
"Hmm.. Kaya pala. By the way, I'm Kirsten Miller from III-B! :)" she said while wearing her sweetest smile.
She held out her right hand for a shake hands which I gladly took.
"Ayannah Roelle Paredez from III-A. :)" I reply to her with a smile while shaking our hands.
After our little introduction we start having a chat about some school stuffs, etc. I found out that Kirsten is one of the famous girl here in our campus. She have many suitors yet she doesn't have boyfriend and she told me that her reason was she's waiting for a guy whom she really like but it turns out that this guy doesn't like her. I also found out that this Ivanne Kyel Illustrisimo is a well-known cassanova of this campus. We talk many things about Ivanne. I actually don't want to talk about him because his getting into my nerves but Kirsten always bringing up a topic about him. I don't want to be rude because she's my first friend here, right? So I just pretended that I was listening to her the whole time but in truth I really don't.
Know what readers? I think Ivanne was the guy who's Kirsten really likes.
We're in the middle of our talk when Kirsten's phone rang. After she answered the call she bid her goodbye and told me that she have to go somewhere important.
After she left I decided to go.
"Saang lupalop nanaman kaya napunta si Ivanne at hanggang ngayon wala pa?"
"Kaya nga tol hindi na nga siya umattend ng klase kanina tapos ngayon may balak pa yatang hindi pumasok buong araw."
"Ano ba naman kayo mga tol?! Andiyan lang yon kasama ng mga so called girlfriends niya! Para nanang hindi niyo kilala ugali ni Ivanne."
Narinig ko namang usapan nung tatlo ng mapadaan ako sa table nila. Hindi siguro ako napansin ni Wesley nung dumaan ako kasi nakatalikod siya.
Nasa hallway na ako at balak kong tumambay sa rooftop at mag ditch ng klase when I saw that arrogant jerk.
"Ditching the class?" he said smirking at me.
Feeling close kung makapagtanong. Sapatusin kita diyan eh!!
"Mind your own business Illustrisimo." I said flatly.
Ayokong gumawa ng eksena kaya naman I'm trying to calm my self from punching this arrogant jerk infront of me.
"Want me to join you 'Paredez'?" he asked ignoring what I've said earlier.
Talagang inemphasize niya pa yung apelyido ko huh?? I swear kung hindi lang talaga nito alam ang tungkol sa pagpapanggap ko baka nasapak ko na 'to kanina pa.
"No thank you. I don't need your accompany.." I said then started to walk...
"Not so fast. You still owe me Paredez." he said when he grabbed my arm causing me to face him.
And before I could protest he's already dragging me to god knows where....
