Conversations can be confusing. If multiple people talk at the same time, it's confusing and looks like the image shown above.
The conversation I'm engaging in is usually larger and centered, and the background words are usually smaller and off to the side. When I'm in a noisy environment, they infringe upon the edges of the main conversation, making it hard to understand.
Although music and art are usually associated with Synesthesia - and although I'm both musically and artistically inclined - but I don't see music. I only see the lyrics of the songs.
