Reading the letters

I organised the letters according to the dates and start to read from the oldest. And read out loud.

My mother said she is finally letting me cook. I'll be training a few spells and if it goes well I can make a summer fest with my two favourite people.

Giant cookies.... well that's all I have for now.

"Aaaaw Susan I wish I could've been there I can only imagine how boring it was," I said with a cracked sad voice. Then I cheered up to think of how amazing those cookies might have tasted.
"Can you make them again?"
"I sure can. The other bunch was to burn anyway. I'm kind of glad you did show up"

Hello there, we could meet up during the summer... don't you think?
There's this landscape that I think it would be beautiful to fly over.
Do you want to come with me?

"Did Ced send you an invitation because of a landscape?" I ask really afraid of the answer.

"He didn't.... why? did Mr Diggory invited you on a date?"

"I think he did..." I stood still to look at the letter again and putting it aside I said "I'll talk to him tomorrow about this"

Why do you let me hanging? That hurts you know. My owl came back which means someone received the letter.

"You were right Susan someone received the letter. Shame it wasn't me"

Why didn't you reply?
Maybe flying over a landscape is too boring... but we can do whatever you want. It's fine really.

I'm travelling soon. My dad says if I'm not doing a thing during summer I should travel with him. I don't want to.

"Ooh, Cedric," I said with a sorry voice. Susan came to read the letter.

"Good Merlin! Ced didn't send anything like that to me" she said with a grim and a pitched funny voice. "Read the others I want to see what Cedric says next"

Have you received anything from our Diggory boy yet?
I hope he isn't ignoring us.
I also hope he is not dating that Cho.
I'm expecting you not to have a new best friend already.
I swear if you're dating someone I will kick you so hard.

Going through the last few letters I realised Susan stopped writing to me.

"You stopped writing?!"
"You didn't answer. I spent the rest of the summer with my aunt and the rest of the family. Could've been better."
We kept reading.

"Well, he sounded really upset." said Susan stating the obvious.
"Now I feel bad. Poor Cedric" I wish I could hug him right now.

"Come on SB. Now it's your turn" I said smiling at my friend.

"So... Hannah has been giving me some mixed signals last year....you know what I mean right?" Susan said in a shy voice. "And Justin as a crush on me according to our friendly fat friar..."

I screamed so loud I might have alerted the elves. "Guuurl everyone wants you." I calmed myself and sat next to her.
"Come on start reading."
