CARL GRIMES

Y/N SAT IN FRONT of Carl's grave, wearing the same clothes since the moment he died, which was two days ago.

Her hands were covered in his blood, so was her clothes but she couldn't bare to change or shower. His blood was the only thing left on her body from him and she didn't want it to go away.

"Y/N..." a hand was put on her shoulder as Michonne spoke, but Y/N didn't move or respond. She just sat there, looking at the grave with Carl's sheriff hat in her lap that Daryl had given her the day of Carl's death.

"I-I know it's hard." Michonne said "we miss him too, but rememberd what he said. He didn't want you to be sad."

Y/N stayed quiet and paralyzed. Michonne sighed and left her, knowing that Y/N would not respond to whatever she would've said.

"I-I miss you so much, Carl. All I feel is pain and I try my best not to have a melt down, to stay strong but I can't. I can't move on." Y/N croaked out, tears finally leaving her eyes as she broke down.

"I-I can't....I can't live without you."

Y/N screamed, holding onto the hat for her life as tears rolled down her cheeks. Her heart was in so much pain, she didn't even know that it was possible to feel so much pain.

"I don't want you to be sad"

His words echoed in her mind, so many words that had left his mouth. So many memories coming in front of her.

Carl looked at Y/N, putting his hands on her cheeks and connected their lips. Y/N hands was put on his wrist, surprised but happy at his movement.

"You have no idea how long I've been wanting to do that." He whispered once they pulled away.

"I'm glad you finally did." He smiled at her words and their lips connected once again.

Y/N wanted the flashbacks to stop, they were only giving her more pain and more heartbreak.

"I love you, Y/N." Carl whispered, gently giving her a kiss on her forhead for comfort.

"I love you too."

She knew he was gone forever, but he would always stay in her heart and she would beat this world; for both of them.
