Meaning paid for by me, because lmao my ass can't do art like that. Evidently, to those who pay attention to my Easter Egg reveals of myself throughout my works, it's meant to look like me, too. I know this is in essence a reader thing, and obviously it still is, but since I was running low on ideas for gifts for myself (I made extra cashish this year and wanted to splurge) I commissioned myself Medici style with like a bunch of different characters. So, here's one. I excluded the full-style crop where he wasn't wearing pants because I got two versions and this one fit the parameters of the cover and either way it's cute. ~Moving on~
So I decided to attempt to write a romantic/lemon one shot that showed a reader insert from a more innocent side of things. Personally, I have not had much field experience up close and personal with sex, and I believe the manner in which I write about it frequently may convey that to the readers that have done it, or to those that haven't, it may seem far more intense than anything in my or their real lives. So, I wanted to write a PG-13 rated sexual story involving Frederick Abberline. I always thought he was an underrated character. Sebastian and Ciel (and the Undertaker) seemed to think he was more capable/interesting/skilled than he even gave himself credit for. Since he has a fiancé and child in the anime, I thought that instead of trying to find a way around that the reader can either choose to assume the plot wouldn't include Maria, or that they could be Maria (even though their name in our world may not be). I suppose what I mean by that is that she's such a minor character a simple name change could accompany any backstory. Even if she doesn't look like some readers that could be altered too. (Factors like race, hair color, etc. really don't matter in this case.) Or you could just use the manga arc and/or kinda blend the two together. Idk. Whatever works for you. Fred's story in the manga is...different from the anime...to say the least. Ha. *cries* [Stopping there cuz spoilers].
