The clashing of swords echoed through the forest, just one of the many unusual sounds coming from the camp. Capture the flag was in full throttle, raging on long into the night due to the added viciousness of the hunters of Artemis. It also didn't help that the resident children of the Big Three were divided evenly among the sides; Jason and Nico on one and the children of Poseidon on the other. Over the years as Nico, Percy, Jason, and Andromeda had aged, the game had gotten more intense due to their increasing determination to not die young. At the age of 27 and 25 respectively the children of Poseidon currently held the record for oldest living demigods, with many of their friends following close behind. Always one to break records, Percy was also about to be the first Demigod to marry another and, to add a cherry on top, have children.
"You sure you'll be able to handle those kids, there Perce?" Jason taunted his cousin. "Could swear you've gotten slow."
"Nah, Jace. You've grown unobservant in your old age," as Percy finished his reply, Andi appeared, as if out of thin air, to grab the flag that Jason had been guarding. Noticing this tactic, Jason whipped around in an attempt to stop her from whizzing by, but having grown up on the streets, before Hera's plan had accidentally brought her together with her (very protective) older brother, had made her incredibly swift in both her mind, and on her feet.
She was out of range, long before he managed to get past her brother, and was left to face Nico as the last attempt to keep her from crossing the border and winning. Unlike his team member, Nico did not taunt her. He instead faced her down silently, hoping that his natural aura as son of Hades, would distract her as it did so many others. Andi however, was not phased, and simply chose to quickly change direction, heading toward the mouth of the river, scaling a tree. Once she was close enough there would be very little he could do. This did not stop him from hunkering down, hoping he could disrupt the wave he knew would be coming. She reacted as he expected, leaving Nico to open a chasm that would swallow some of the water rushing forward. This succeeded for only a minute, until Andi adjusted her direction so that she was heading straight for him. He prepared himself for impact, but at the last minute she launched herself to the left, leaving him with a face full of cold water.
She prepared herself to hit the ground when she caught sight of one of the Hunters on her team. Who had shot an arrow tied to a rope into the nearest tree, giving her something to grab on to. She then slid as if on a zip-line, dropping to the ground near the Hermes kid who was about to take her own flag.
"Better luck next time, kid."

In another part of the world, the Legends were all gathering near a tree on the edge of the cemetery they had buried Carter in. Rip spoke up when Kendra had finally joined the group, "there is no point in us continuing any further unless we are all committed to working together in concert."
"You don't ditch us, we won't ditch you," Snart commented, everyone else agreeing.
"However, in case you haven't noticed, we have lost a God," Stein needlessly reminded everyone. Ignoring the frustrated looks from the rest of the team, Rip responded.
"Yes, we have. We are indeed one member shorter than I had hoped."
"I might know how to fix that," Jax spoke up with a mischievous smile. The whole team turned to look at him, but he just continued to smile.

Andi sat her tray down next to Norah's. "Hey, thanks for the save earlier." Jason, Nico, and Percy all clambered over the benches to sit as well, gaining frustrated looks from Mr. D, who had just given up on making any member of that group sit where they were supposed to.
"No problem," Norah returned, with a soft grin.
"You two. I've gotta stop trying to take you both on," Nico commented looking at the girls, with a fondly frustrated smile. "Everytime..."
"Are you staying for another night, Andi, Perce?" Jason interrupted.
"Annabeth wants to stay until the twins are born, for the sake of making sure there are no random monster attacks," Percy bobbed his head and gestured to Andi. "She's got some meeting on Monday mornings, so she's gotta head back into the city, I guess, but she WILL be back for the birth."
"I promise Perce, I just can't leave my friend hanging. You know that," she sighed at him. "But, I would never miss the birth of my niblings. I can't believe you still won't tell us the genders."
"We can't exactly go to a mortal doctor now can we. Not with all the weirdness that has been happening. They're too powerful."
"Do you need me to shadow travel you, Andi?" Nico asked as she stood to leave.
"Nah, I'm good. I'll be back Tuesday. Tell Annie, I'll bring her some of the cheddar donuts she likes. Bye Guys!" She waved as she wandered out of the hall.
Andromeda stopped at her cabin, and grabbed her backpack before heading through the forest to say goodbye to Grover and Juniper. Juniper made sure to give her some of her famous strawberry jam before she would let her leave. She placed it in her bag, and took out her sword before crossing the borders of camp. The woods were always crawling with monsters, but a car parked randomly outside of a strawberry field caught attention, as she had learned quickly.
Andi could see her car, and was fishing in her pockets for her keys, sword returned to its place on her wrist, when she heard a twig snap. Her old instincts took over, and she froze, listening for any more sounds, that would let her know whether it was an animal, or an enemy.
"Hello Ms. Zale," a man in a trench coat stalked out from the shadows, holding a gun that was pointed directly at her. Andi dropped her bag and straightened up preparing for a fight. Before he could say anything else, she dropped to one knee and barreled straight for him, as most people expected someone to move away.
The man stumbled, caught off guard as she had expected, but was not alone. A woman in white moved forward to meet her when she stood up. The two commenced a fierce battle, fists flying while the man tried to get a shot with his gun. Andi surprised the woman by flipping forward, over her head, and kicking her directly in the back. It was hard not to let her instincts take over too much, or she would end up killing a mortal. Andi instead stomped down on the woman's arm, intending only to dislocate it, and make it harder for her to fight back. She then whipped to face the man.
"Whoa whoa whoa," he tried to hit back, but unfortunately, even for a Demigod, Andi was fast. Soon the two were rolling on the ground, her only goal being to disarm him. She wasn't interested in anything other than the gun in his hand. She finally had him pinned when the woman managed to get a swift kick to the back of her head.
"She's damn tough. Kinda hot," the woman smirked at her accomplice lying on the ground. The two then looked at their surroundings.
"How are we going to carry her," the man commented.
"We probably should have thought about that before, Rip," the woman said and held up the keys that Andi had dropped. "But, lucky for you, I'm not entirely opposed to criminal behavior."
