Alex has an almost normal life

Alex has an almost normal life.

That is, if you don't count the days that she barely makes it to class on time, or the fact that her oldest brother hates her, or the fact that she plays football.

Yeah, 'almost' is the key word there.

Follow Alex and her family's life through the ups and downs of high school in this novel about family, friendships, and stereotypes, and watch as family bonds are put to the test.

Warning: lots of swearing ahead! Don't read if you're too innocent :)

Another warning: There are mentions of self-harm and abuse in this story. I know, I know - this was supposed to be a family story. But I'm me, so naturally there had to be some of that stuff in here.

Also, the point of view changes from chapter to chapter, and there's no particular order to it - just thought I should try something different.

I always love reading these stories, and thought it would be fun to create my own but with a personal spin on it! I hope you enjoy reading a story about high school, relationships, gender equality, and more :)
