Chapter 13

My head hurts so much ahh. I opened my eyes and I was in a dark room. I've seen this room. why am I here? How am I here I was partying last night with Rose and Emily. Oh my where's rose and Emily. I sat up on the bed, I started looking for my phone. It was under my dress and then I looked down at what I was wearing sweats with A black tank top.

The hell why so many? I opened them to see my mom had texted rose and Emily and Ace hm.

Mom: Honey me and Grandma are coming come tomorrow night and I have a surprise for you.

I hate surprises they always end up bad in some way or another. I don't get why people like surprises sometimes.

Me: Ok mom love you and be safe with grandma.

Rose:I'm leaving the party so I won't be neeeding a riiide.

Uhh oh what has she gotten into now. She's hasn't even been here for a week and she's already somewhere else.

Me: where are you? Pick up when you see this.

Emily: I have major news! I just saw your cousin leave with skye polendo btw where the hell are you?

Me: I dont know where I am but I'm sorry I left the party I think I drank too much because my head is pounding like a bitch. See you soon love you bugs.

Why am I kissing a freaking mannequin head. What is wrong with me. Oh my god I'm literally having body shots with Ace in this one.

I get up the bed and walk towards the door to get out but instead someone else opens the door from there side.

"Ouch" I groan out as I rub my forehead keeping my eyes shut. Now it hurts even more.

"I'm so sorry Lex" someone says with a really familiar voice. I open my eyes to see my brother Brandon standing in front of me. Wait why is Brandon in front of me? I haven't seen him since two weeks ago.

"Woah Brand why am I here"I say to him as I'm trying to get up from the floor.

"Ace said that you were kind of drunk and so I told him to take you here instead of home where mom could see you." Oh so no one has told him grandma is in town. Now I gotta tell him with a huge pain in the head.

"Here" he said as he hands me a glass of water and some aspirin pills.

"Thanks" I say as I pop two pills in and drink some water.

"Also There's something you need to know brand." I say while putting the glass down on the bedside table.

"Rose and grandma are in town they got here Friday night and there staying for 2 months. Mom and grandma are out of town but are getting home tonight. You should come over so we could have dinner or something." I say looking directly at him to see what his reaction is.

"Yeah maybe I'll go"he says with no expression at all. Ever since my Dad had an affair he moved out which was 3 years ago. He took it bad and thought it was his fault because he didn't have the family connect more since he was rarely there. I visit him every month but with my mom the last time he's seen her was 2 months and a half ago. Since he's 2 years older than me then he goes to college so yeah.

"Well can you drop me off at marks place I think I left my car over there." I ask him trying to change the subject.

I hop into the car and plug in my phone trying to get as much battery as I can so it won't just die on me. I decided to text Ace and say thank you for taking me to Brands

Me: Thank you for bringing me to my brothers.

"How was your weekend brother?" I ask him as we stop at a red light.

"It was okay I went to see Jacob. Do you remember him?" He asks me like I don't remember. He practically had a crush on me when we were high school how could I forget.

"Really how is he?" I ask with curiously.

"He's fine. He lives with his girlfriend in Portland so I'll get to see him more often. Also we're here and there's your car." He says pointing to my car across the street.

"Okay bye I love you and think about what I said please mom really misses you." I said while giving him a kiss on the check and getting out of his car.

I cross the street to where my car is and I'm so glad I'm in my car so I can just go home.

*Incoming call*

"What's up Rose?" I say while putting her on speaker.

"Can you pick up some aspirin from the store and some tampons?" She asks.

"Yeah sure. Are you home right now?" I ask her just to be sure

"Yeah but hurry up with the aspirin." She says half groaning probably about her headache.

"No problem I'll be there in about 5 minutes I say getting out of the car and walking towards the store.

"Im home" I yell as I open the door. I walk in leaving my keys and jacket at the front door.

"In here Lexi" she says from the kitchen. I enter the kitchen and I see her standing with a frozen bag of peas over her hand.

"What happened to you?" I say as I quickly go over to her and take off the bag of frozen peas.
Her hand was really red and bruised. I don't like this at all.

So I'm gonna start updating on Saturdays after this chapter since it's much easier for me. I'm also a night person so I always write on Thursday night to try and edit Friday night lol.
