*IMPORTANT* AN: Okay, just a heads up so you're not completely confused, there has been a two/three day timeskip!!!       Okay, read onwards, fam!

Jimin's head droops unnaturally; feeling like someone stuffed it full of suffocating foam and then slammed it against a wall a couple of times. Jimin has never had a hangover before, being only 19 and still underage, but he imagines that this is pretty close to what one feels like. For some reason, a hangover actually sounds more pleasant than the heavy exhaustion struggling to pull Jimin back to the dorm and into his bed. Honestly, anything sounds better than what actually happened all of last night and into the early hours of the morning.

Jimin rubs his eyes as he sluggishly drags his feet onward, desperately in need of caffeine. All of his limbs feel like lead, and every step he takes feels like running a marathon. I need a double shot for sure. His eyes droop even lower as he rubs them, threatening to close if he lets his guard down for more than a second. No, a triple shot.

A sigh of relief escapes his lips as soon as the little shop comes into view, and he manages to pick up his pace a little at the tempting thought of coffee. Jimin heaves the front door open with a grunt, the bell tinkling cheerily as he steps towards the front counter. On instinct Jimin's eyes travel towards the table in the corner, but just like the last two times he's visited the shop, the table is strangely empty.

Jimin has only ever seen her sit there once, but the whole world seems to acknowledge that the little corner table belongs solely to her. No one had been sitting there yesterday or the day before, and today is no different. The girl Jimin can't get out of his head isn't here, and he can't help but feel slightly disappointed.

"Hey, you gonna stand there like an awkward statue of a handsome potato all day, or are you gonna get your sprinkles-loving self over here and order already?" Mina teases, her bright smile giving Jimin just enough energy to smile back and slowly walk over. Mina notices the dark bags under the sweet boy's eyes, and her happy smile turns into one of concern, "Have you been getting enough sleep lately? You look like I did that one time I decided to pull all-nighters two nights in a row just to binge watch Naruto."

"Honestly, I haven't been getting much sleep over the past three and a half weeks," Jimin admits, scratching the back of his neck sheepishly, "Too much work. I just really need some caffeine right now. Could I get the usual, but with a triple shot instead of just a single?"

"A triple shot?" Mina hesitantly pulls a cup out from underneath the counter with a small frown, "Are you sure? A little caffeine helps, but you really look like you could use some good-old-fashioned sleep. I don't mind, Jimin-ssi; you could take a quick nap in one of the chairs in the corner. I'll even wake you up at a specific time if you want."

A nap sounds like an unreachable paradise to Jimin's sluggish brain, and even the thought of sleeping causes his limbs to grow a little heavier. His entire body screams at him to accept her offer and lie down for a short nap, but his brain stubbornly commands his head to vigorously shake. Mina's frown deepens at his rejection.

"I really shouldn't sleep right now, Mina-ssi." Jimin insists, his eyes forced wide as he tries to keep his drooping body from falling over, "I've got too much to do and I've only got time for a half hour break. Oh! That reminds me... Could a have a sandwich too? Any kind'll do."

Mina begrudgingly taps the order into the touch screen computer in front of her, wondering what kind of job he has that makes him lose so much of his sleep.
