Learning to love him (NaLu)

Ch 20

(Lucy POV)

Natsu and I got home pretty late at around 11:00 from the Tower Of Heaven. When I got home, I immediately grabbed a change of clothes from our bedroom and took a bath in the bathroom.

As usual, I used my favourite strawberry bubble bath and washed my body with some vanilla scented soap in the warm water.

As I was washing my left leg, I heard a knock on the other side of the door.

I snapped my head towards the door and quickly replied, "Yes?!"

"Do you want to order some pizza?" Natsu asked on the other side of the door.

"What kind?"

"Hawaiian."

Ewww, I hate Hawaiian pizza!

"No that's nasty!"

I heard him sigh, "Alright, how 'bout pepperoni?"

"Yeah, that's fine."

I heard his footsteps leave and fade away as he left.

"Thanks." I said as Natsu handed me a slice of pepperoni pizza.

"Mm." He hummed in response.

We were sitting on the couch in the living room with the box of pizza on the small coffee table in front of us while we watched T.V.

"Luce?" Natsu asked a few minutes later, setting his slice of pizza down and looking at me.

"Yesh?" I replied with my mouth full of pizza. At this point, I couldn't care less about manners 'cause I'm starving and NO ONE comes between me and my food.

"Can you stop eating for a minute?" He asked.

Okay, no one except him. T^T My pizza...

I slowly and hesitantly set my delicious pizza down and turned to face him.

"I seriously don't want you walking to school without me or one of the guys with a friend anymore." He said, his onyx eyes piercing through my soft brown ones-making my shiver a little.

"U-uh, Yeah sure..." I said with my eyes slowly drifting away.

This is awkward.

"Luce, you know I love you right?"

"Yeah, me too." I smiled slightly, before getting up-forgetting about my precious pizza-and heading to the bathroom to brush my teeth.

The next day, I went to school with Natsu this time instead of walking. I'm gonna have to get used to this 'cause I'm apparently no longer allowed to walk on my own anymore.

I didn't tell my parents about what happened because I don't want them to worry about as much, they already have a busy life.

When we reached the school, Natsu followed me everywhere I went. He followed my to my locker and when I had to go to the bathroom he  even waited outside in the hall!

It made sense that he came to history class with me 'cause we both have the same class in the morning, but still!

When we arrived to the door of our history class, I realized we were late by a few minutes.

I took a deep breath and slowly opened the door to see and angry Mr Gildarts looking straight at us.

Crap! I'm gonna get in trouble!! No, I'm gonna die!!!
