Chloe Paul's secret from Team 10

parenting challenge

Nathan's Pov:

I am in the kitchen feeding Aubrey her breakfast and bottle feeding Carter.

I feel eyes on me so I look up to see Jake and Kade looking at me.

" Why are you two staring at me?" I ask them

" We are trying to figure out why you and Chloe are tired all the time. It doesn't look that hard to take care of one and half year old and a four month old" Kade comments

" Since you two think that being a parent of 2 is so easy then you two can be the parents. Starting tomorrow Kade will take care of both Aubrey and Carter while doing his everyday routine and keeping up with their schedules and then the next day it's Jake's turn" I tell them

" Deal" Jake says and both he and Jake shake my hands

Jake and Kade sit down in front of me and watch as I feed my kids.

" Uncle Jake and Uncle Kade are crazy. Aren't they, Babygirl?" I ask my daughter

" Yes!!!" Aubrey screams

" Aubrey, Who do you love more Uncle Jake, Uncle Kade or daddy?" Kade asks pointing to each of us

" Daddy!!!" Aubrey screams her answer once again

" I love you too, Babygirl" I tell Aubrey kissing her forehead

I finished feeding Aubrey and she went to go play while I sat at the kitchen table with Jake and Kade.

I looked down at Carter and saw him sleeping in my arms.

I smiled. Me sleeping son and looked back up at Jake and Kade.

" Okay. Back to the parenting challenge are we allowed to ask anyone for help?" Kade asks me

" No. You can't ask for help. Both Aubrey and Carter have schedules that have to be followed" I tell them

" This is going to be so easy!!!" Kade says loudly, accidentally waking up Carter

Carter started crying and I looked up at my older brother and glared at him for waking up my 3 & 1/2 month old son.

" Sorry" Kade tells me

" It's okay" I tell him looking down at Carter

After a few seconds of Carter crying Chloe walked into the kitchen and looked at me and I could see the panic in her eyes.

"What's wrong? Why is our son Crying?" Chloe asks me

" Kade accidentally woke him up by screaming" I tell Chloe

" I'm sorry. I didn't mean to wake him up." Kade apologises to Chloe and I

" It's okay, Kade " Chloe tells Kade

I walked over to Chloe and put Carter in her arms.

Carter stopped crying and slowly fell back asleep.

Chloe walked upstairs with Jake, Kade and I behind her.

We walked into Carter's nursery and Chloe and I put our sleeping son in his crib.

On our way out I turned on the baby monitors and took one with me.

We walked back downstairs and Kade made the 4 of us breakfast.

" I'm sorry I freaked out " Chloe tells me

I grab Chloe's hands and pull her into my body.

" It's okay. If I'm being honest I freaked out also." I tell Chloe

" You are an amazing father" Chloe tells me

" You are an amazing mother " I tell Chloe

I kiss Chloe's lips and then I turn back to Jake and Kade.

We start to talk about the parenting challenge and we quickly remember that Chloe doesn't know about the challenge.

" What are you 3 talking about?" Chloe asks me

" Jake and Kade where wondering why we are always tired at the end of the day. Apparently they think that being a parent of 2 kids and working a full time job is easy so for the next two days Jake and Kade are going to do what we do everyday along with their normal daily routine" I explain to Chloe

" Are they aloud to ask for help?" Chloe asks me

" No. They also have to follow their schedules exactly " I tell Chloe

" You two have No clue what you are in for?" Chloe tells them giggling

" Also, Reality Ryan will be recording everything you do" I tell them

" Are we aloud to Put Aubrey and Carter in our Vlogs?" Kade asks us

" No." Chloe and I answer at the same time

" Will the footage that reality Ryan records be posted?" Jake asks us

" No. The footage will NOT be posted." I tell them firmly

" What do we get if we win the challenge?" Kade asks us

" Bragging rights" Chloe answers them

" And if we lose?" Jake asks

" That is to be determined" Chloe answers Jake

After a few minutes of talking with Jake, Chloe and Kade It's time for Jake and I to start filming the Vlog.

~ 6 hours later ~

After a few hours of filming Jake does his outro for the Vlog and dumps the footage and goes to his bedroom to edit and I go to the kitchen to find Chloe feeding Aubrey and Carter.

I sit lean down and press a kiss on Carter's forehead then I place a kiss on Aubrey's head and finally I place a kiss on Chloe's lips.

I take over making sure that Aubrey eats everything on her plate while Chloe feeds Carter.

After Aubrey and Carter finish eating their Dinner and Chloe gives Aubrey and Carter baths.

I am sitting on the couch talking with Jake and Kade when Aubrey walks into the living room.

" Are you ready to go to bed, Baby girl?" I ask Aubrey

Aubrey rubs her eyes and nods her head.

I stand up and follow Aubrey upstairs to her bedroom.

I tuck Aubrey in and then go to Carter's room to find him fast asleep in his crib. I kiss Carter's forehead.

After Chloe and I know that Aubrey and Carter in bed Chloe goes to bed, but I go back downstairs.

" What were we talking about?" I ask Jake and Kade

" Kade and I were just talking about the challenge" Jake tells me

" Is there anything that you two would like to know before this challenge?" I ask that them

" Is anyone in the house aloud to help us?" Kade asks me

" No one is aloud to help you" I inform Jake and Kade

" Is Aubrey aloud to help us?" Jake asks me

" No. Aubrey can NOT help you" I tell Jake

" This is going to be easy " Kade says

" You have no idea what you got yourselves into" I tell them chuckling

" What are you doing over there?" Kade asks me pointing towards my laptop that I currently typing on

" I am typing up both Aubrey's and Carter's schedules" I tell them

Jake, Kade and I talk for a while, Laughing at Jake's Vines.

After the Schedules for Aubrey and Carter were printed we all went to bed.

I crawled into bed and closed my eyes smiling, thinking about the  parenting challenge.
