Danny had been caught by his parents, who were dragging him to the school to show them all what a ghosts insides looked like.
"MADDIE! JACK! PLEASE!" He called to the ghost hunters, tears streaming down his face.
They pulled into the school, and dragged the cage into the gym. Students and teachers alike spilled in, wondering what a ghost looked like on the inside.
Jack unlocked the cage, and pinned the ghost to the table.
"Please! Mom, Dad, please!"
He saw nothing on his parents face and knew this wouldn't help. He stopped crying, hiccuping. Everyone stared. "Today we have caught a ghost!" Maddie bellowed.
Danny took a deep breath. "Please. I have one last thing to say."
Maddie glared at the ghost. "And what would that be?" She growls.
"I'm sorry. I'm sorry for lieing to you. I'm sorry for not telling you. And I'm sorry for every time I stood in front of that portal and wondered. What if they knew." Two rings formed around the town hero.
"I'm sorry mom and dad." Tears steadily made there way down his face.
"Your no son of mine." Jack hisses, pulling out an ecto gun.
"I'm sorry." Was the last things Danny Phantom ever said before Jack Fenton shot him.
