Hi everyone!!There is a soccer scene later on in the book and I just wanted to let you guys know,I have never actually really played soccer(except in gym class)so I have nooo idea about postions or different soccer moves!!I'm writing to the best of my ability,so if you play soccer,you'll be able to tell that I have no idea what I'm writing :D

I agreed on a date for the next day with Marc.The guy wasn't exactly my type,but he was nice.And anyways Hailey and Adam were going out too,Peter was at work,my mom was still in Milan,and I was tired of staying home alone.

"Where are you going?"Adam asked as he stood in the door way of my room as i brushed my hair.

"Out."I answered sarcastically and he laughed.

"Nooo,I couldn't have figured that out on my own."

I chuckled,"I'm going out with Marc."

"Oh."he said."That's great."

Well,he made it sound like it was the complete opposite of great.

"You're going out with Hailey?"I asked then,applying lipgloss,feeling his eyes on me.

"Yeah,I don't know where to take her though.Any recommendations?"

"Ummm,is there a Four Seasons around here?"
He laughed softly,"This is Piscataway,not the Upper East Side."

I laughed too,"Then you're on your own.''

The door bell rang then and we both went downstairs(I had to walk extra slow because I was wearing heels and I wasn't in the mood to fall and land on top of Adam)

Hailey opened the door and Hailey came in and attacked Adam with her mouth.

"Nice to see you too."Adam said when they pulled away.

Hailey gave me her usual dirty look and I said,"Hey hailey I'm doing great,thanks for asking."

She rolled her eyes and the doorbell rang again and Adam went to open it.

"Hey,"I heard Marc say and Adam said "Hey"back.

I got up from the sofa,but Hailey beat me to Marc."Marc!"She exclaimed.

"Oh hey Hailey!"He sounded a bit too happy to see her.

"Oh my gawd,I haven't seen you in forever!"she kept going on excitedly,"Some days we had,huh?"

Marc laughed,"Oh yeah those were the days."

I finally got up and went to join them.Marc looked at me for a brief second,said "Hey Serena,"then turned his eyes back to gorgeous,mini-skirt,tube top wearing Hailey.

Nice to know that your date has the hots for a girl that's not you.

"OMG,you guys,I just got the greatest idea ever!"Hailey squealed.

"Woah,we gotta listen to this.It's a surprise when she actually uses her only brain cell for'great ideas.'''I joked and only Adam and I cracked up.Hailey was too busy glaring at me and Marc was drooling over her.

"Anyways,"she continued,"we should totally double date!Marc and I haven't hung out since our good old days."

I cleared my throat."First of all,there is no way in hell that is happening.Second,what 'good old days'are you two talking about?"
