Yo! It's been a long time since I put an A/N on here, sorry! Unless you find them annoying, in that case...yeah. So, I think that the main plotline is coming up soon, after I finish the flashbacks and stuff! I also want to add that finding some things on the London timeline to write my chapters on, I found out that on 14th March, 1885 there was a play called 'The Mikado' and all I can think of is a bunch of old fashioned people staring at a Mikado stick (AKA the English Pocky). Just wanted to share. Hehe. Also you guys should comment and let me know what you think of this so far because the comments section is a bit bare and I'm lonely. Lol. Thank you for reading so far and I hope you like it!

"England has declared war on Germany,"  Those were the words which changed Britain, forever. In the Kirkland household, a young London and her older brother Arthur were listening to the radio with bated breath, along with the rest of the world. From the moment the UK brothers had found the girl, to the present day, she had grown into a kind hearted, accepting and strong-willed teen, who enjoyed to mess around with Alfred and Matthew, who, despite both being independent countries now, visited often, mostly for the Aliied Meetings.

"Can I stay this time?" London asked, her eyes going wide as she tried to guilt trip her brother to let her stay. It never worked though.

"No, it isn't appropriate for a young girl, such as yourself." London groaned as Arthur guided her to the living room, away from where the meeting would be held.

"Matthew and Alfred get to stay." She mumbled, slumping her shoulders as Arthur left the room.

"Matthew and Alfred are independent countries," She poked her tongue out and frowned, defeated.

"Fine." Arthur smiled and turned to enter the room, before Francis stopped him, his face uncharacteristically stern.

"What are you going to do about, London?" He asked, lowering his voice as a few countries passed him, shooting them concerned glances.

"I don't know." Arthur sighed, "I was thinking to send her to Wales," He said, and Francis nodded.

"I see." The two nodded, and entered the room to discuss their tactics, unaware that both the two brothers, Alfred and Matthew had heard their conversation and had set to finding London to tell her. Both knew that although London had been portrayed as a helpless girl, she wanted to help them win the war and would not stand being left in the shadows. When Alfred and Matthew finally returned to the meeting, much to Arthur's dismay, an angry London was with them.

"I will not be sent to the countryside to sit there like a lemon whilst you all risk your lives! I want to help!"

"No offence, but what can you do?" Russia smiled, deviously. Along the corridor, another city of England, Portsmouth, or Emily, as her human name had arrived, clad in a navy boiler suit, black boots and had her hair in 'victory rolls' and a scowl had heard the shouting and had appeared on the scene to stop the commotion. She walked in and pushed in front of London, who looked shocked.

"Who are you?" China asked, irritated that no work was getting done.

"This is, Portsmouth or Emily Kirkland. She is in charge of all things related to the Navy as such and and is vital for this mission." She nodded to the countries before turning to London.

"You can't stay, no matter what you have to offer. This is dangerous, it isn't some game you can take part with!" She whispered harshly.

"But I-"

"No. You will go to Wales, like all the children in England are going to do, where you'll be safe. We'll all be here when you get back so quit making a fuss, Emma and go back to your studies." Emily spun around and took her seat next to the nervous Francis, who was terrified but her outburst. London left, all her determination crushed by the woman who looked calm despite the drama.

"That was a bit harsh, Emily." Arthur laughed nervously.

"Well someone had to take a stand, you were nearly going to let her stay," She raised an eyebrow as Arthur looked away.

"It's for the best, she'll be fine later, you'll see."

When London was due to leave, all the Allies had decided to join Arthur at the station to see her off. London was considerably more calm than the initial realization that she had to step back and let her brother deal with things, but was still hurt.

"Now, ring me everyday, and don't forget to write." Arthur smiled, patting her on the head,

"Yes, yes," London grinned, hugging him tightly before she was ushered on the train.

"Bye!" The Allies called out as the train left, and the girl waved from her seat before they disappeared from sight.

"You okay?" Francis asked, as Arthur stared at the retreating train.

"I'm fine." He dismissed and followed as they set to infiltrate the Axis' base.
