Ian's POV

I stood there in shock, staring at the door where Leah just ran out of and trying to make sense of what just happened. I hadn't expected to see her for another hour or so, let alone right when I was practically indecent.

I had to admit, she looked super adorable when she was all flustered and embarrassed, trying to explain why she was in my room in the first place. How the blush on her cheeks brought out how tanned her skin really was, her hair bouncing back and forth as she shook her head in a sheepish sort of way, how her eyes lit up to the point that they looked almost like gold as she persistently tried to defend herself.

I smirked as I walked over to my dresser so I could get some clothes on and let her back inside. I grabbed a grey t-shirt and some black basketball shorts that I slipped on quickly, looking in the mirror and running my hand through my hair to hold it over until I ran a comb through it later. I made my way back to the door, opening it to see her sitting on the floor and leaning back on the wall, softly knocking her head back against it over and over.

I chuckled, causing her to open her eyes and look up at me. "I mean, I know it's not perfect, but my body can't be that bad that you have to resort to brain damage," I teased, crossing my arms and leaning against my doorframe.

She smiled sheepishly, standing up and walking back over to me. "I am so so sorry, I really didn't mean to walk in on you like that," she said, not making a joke like she normally would, so I knew this must've really bothered her.

I smiled and shrugged. "Honestly, it's alright. As long as you didn't see anything that would give you nightmares then I think we can stay friends," I said and stepped aside so she could come into my room. She giggled softly and walked past me, looking around as she got to look at my room clearly for the first time.

My room was nice, I'd spent most of today setting it up. The walls were painted a dark grey color, which contrasted well with the lighter carpet. My bed was placed against the wall and faced the TV that was hung up on the wall opposite to it. Underneath that I had my dresser, which held my blu-ray player, cable box, and PS4 on top of it. Hanging up on the wall opposite to my door were my guitars, three of them to be exact, and they were some of my proudest possessions. There was a Gibson, a Martin, and a Taylor, all acoustic. Pressed up against the wall my door was on was my computer desk, holding some framed photos as well as the Mac that I'd just bought since the computer that I had back in New York had crapped out on me. Overall, it was a productive day setting up my room, and from the look on Leah's face, she seemed to like it.

"Nice room," she said, copying my statement from when I saw her room yesterday. I smirked as I went and sat on the edge of my bed.

"Thanks, it was a little difficult to get the fung shui right but I think I finally figured it out."

She laughed as she walked past me over to my computer desk, looking at the photos there. Her eyes came to rest on the photo I had of my sister and I when we went on our family vacation to Puerto Rico a few years ago. I smiled as I looked at my sister, she was laughing as she shoved a snow cone in my face and I had my hand on the side of her head trying to push her away. It was one of my favorite memories of her, one that really showed how goofy she was.

"Who's this? She's really pretty," she said as she picked up the photo and ran her finger over it. I walked over to her and stood slightly behind her as I kept looking at the picture.

"That's my older sister Julia and I when we were in Puerto Rico with my family a few years back. She'd said I was looking a little warm and thought that shoving a snow cone in my face would be the perfect way to cool me down," I said, reaching up to gently take the picture from Leah, staring at my sister's face.
