Then they kiss and are in a relationship in chapter three. I don't have much understanding of love. But this isn't how love works. Love takes time. It takes time to get to know each other. To feel something for someone.

Some (fan) fictions take a long time, and honestly that's better. We don't need them kissing in chapter two. We want fluff. See them fall in love. (We is me speaking for everyone.) The best about a book is when the two people you ship finally get together. You miss this feeling when they get together the first chapter.

Rushing things won't make your story better. The only reason why they can be in a relationship in chapter two is if you have a time skip. Even if they're soulmates you shouldn't have them together at chapter two already.
I am still begging you please don't do this. I once read a fan fiction were they married in max. two months after meeting. I was in shock.
